I started a Labyrinth Resource Blog because I am lazy and like to have my Labyrinth reference material for my fanfic writing available in one place. I thought others might too. There are also pretty, shiny gifs and screencap graphic thingies.

I've been reading fanfiction since I first discovered its existence at age eleven. That was a long, long time ago in the dark days of dial-up and text-biased internet. It's only been in the past few years that I've decided to be a productive member of society and actually contribute to my favorite fandoms. Writing creatively is a relatively new endeavor for me. Since I don't have the patience to sit and draw out the stories I want to tell, I thought I would give writing them a go. I tend to lean toward writing humor and try to balance it into more serious stories.

I have far too many ideas for stories. Not being able to make them happen instantly is a source of physical pain for me. (At least for Labyrinth. The fact that I have absolutely zero ideas for Sherlock stories is another, separate source of consternation. Though probably for the best.)

I don't typically say anything unless I have something important to say. I'm sorry if I come across as standoffish. It's not on purpose.

I adore reviews, but being terrible when it comes to reviewing myself, I find it hypocritical to actively ask for them.

Current Projects:

Of Nowhere and Neverwhen- J/S. My baby. Longish and adventurey. I've been fiddling with this story in my head for so long, that it's kind of strange for people to actually be reading it. It is also a spawner of ideas that don't fit within it, and likely the reason you keep getting 'glimpse into Sarah and Jareth's world' short fics that I continue to get complaints about. Also has fan art. More than one piece of fan art. And Ferron, which I guess is fan art. Current Chapter STATUS: Expanding initial outline; 432 words and counting. The Thing! The teasery thing! From the arts! Should happen in this chapter unless things go horribly awry. Is that spoilery? I don't really care. I'm excited about it. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, er. Sorry. Do carry on.

Something Unusual, Something Strange- J/S. Sequel to 'Nothing Unusual, Nothing Strange.' Mostly to have something easy and fluffy and maybe a teensy bit snarky to work on when my main fan fiction project above is being cantankerous. Updates will be sporadic. Current Chapter STATUS: 1202 words and counting of glorious, unedited word vomit. It should be up next, unless I get horribly distracted by another ficlet. Which is always a possibility, especially since I have a few other one-shots vying for attention in my brain.

The Propinquity Postulate- Shenny. This isn't really something that's being actively worked on. It's more of something that's been collecting dust on my hard drive since I last tried fiddling with it in January of last year. It will be posted until I run out of written material. Current Chapter Status: Last four drabbles need revision, and I'm slow in getting it done. @_@; I'm sorry.

Future Projects:

Bait and Switch- J/S. Yes. It will happen. Probably. I have a good idea where I might go with it, at any rate.

The Story of Old- J/S. A continuation from 'Something Unusual, Something Strange,' which probably isn't even a 13th of the way written. This will be the last sequel in this series/universe, or so help me.

Info About Completed Projects:

Animal Behavior- That's all she wrote. I can't bring myself to finish my unfinished Inuyasha stories at the moment, much less drudge up a facsimile of a plot for this. I don't plan on ever making a sequel to this, sorry.

Bitter and Biting- To accompany my artwork of the same title. It's just a short little thread of an idea that I had while working on the art and listening to "Alone Suite" composed by Daniel Licht. Nothing more. It is finished and not the start of something else.

Nothing Unusual, Nothing Strange- I currently have no plans to expand this (by adding more chapters). It started out as an exercise to get a feel for writing the characters. I like it because it's simple, and I don't want to complicate and ruin it. This is getting a sequel, though.

Rule Thirty-Four- J/S One-shot. Less scandalous than the title would have you believe. Nothing Unusual-verse. Can be read as a continuation or alone. I think it's funny. You should give it a try, if you haven't.

Undertaking- Is done. This story was always intended to end the way it does, in a similar vein to its inspiration. What happens next is up to your imagination.

Projects on Hiatus:

Le Chat Blanc- 3/7ish. An accompaniment for my own fan art "The White Cat" (found on Dokuga or DA)that I've literally been meaning to write down for over a year. Status: @_@ Inuyasha's not currently my obsession. I do want to finish this as it is completely plotted out, but as of right now, I'm having difficulty finding the will to do so.

Quirks and Quarks- 28/42. Sesshoumaru. Kagome. The final frontier. Status: It will be finished some day.
