It seems many of you have heard of me and my reluctant lady love, Sarah. I find this intriguing. My would-be Queen is currently masquerading under the penname of "Sarah-not-GQ". Perhaps you might help me persuade her? I can be generous.

I find it troubling that this site is rife with imposters. Be assured, dear mortals, I am the one and only Goblin King.

A Disclaimer: I have been advised by my lovely fangirls that there is something called "copyright". For the sake of clarity, I have never heard of this "movie" that people keep referring to and I make no profit from this enterprise. What does a Goblin King need with mortal money?

It's summer - rain, honeysuckle, a whispered secret, a life-size crystal unicorn...and a riding crop. A romantic interlude between the Goblin King and his lady love Sarah.

Update from His Majesty – Summer Solstice, year 2011

My utmost apologies for my protracted absence, I have been tied up with important (and in some cases exceedingly irritating) affairs in my kingdom. I would of course delight in being able to claim my absence was due to being occupied in much more satisfying pursuits, in the pleasurable company of you-all-know-whom… But I digress.

I wish to assure you that I shall reply to all your lovely letters, my little peaches. In the meantime, to make amends for my lack of correspondence, I shall generously extend my deadline to my writing challenge, as I have been most entertained with your delightful stories and wish to read more. The new and final deadline shall be the night of the last full moon of summer. Perhaps the extended amount of time will encourage some of my more bashful admirers to produce an offering for me…?
