Author has written 6 stories for Labyrinth, Fanfiction Poetry, and Dungeons and Dragons. About me... I am mumble years old. (What, you actually thought I'd tell you my age?) L I grew up in northern Indiana and Michigan, and consider both areas home. I love David Bowie, so naturally I'm a huge Labyrinth fan. I collect Bowie music and things (just bought the 'Moonage Daydream' book about him), Labyrinth items, owls and dragons. I am also a huge fan of Anne McCaffrey, and Michael Whelan, who is the artist for most of her books. Starwars is another thing I am very into, and I'm just becoming hooked on the Dungeons & Dragon roleplaying game, though I hardly play it anymore. I draw, paint, sculpt, make copper jewelry, and do a bit of sewing. (Pictures are on my personal webpage: http://www.freewebs.com/dearlady). Currently I have made a very beautiful stuffed dragon (complete with green scales and glass alligator-style eyes), a turquoisey blue dragon (with silver glitteries and poppy colored eyes), and a smaller gold dragon from my own pattern. The Green is unnamed, but the other two are not. The gold's name is 'die Konighoheitsvoll Dame' (in English: 'the regal queen'), where Dame actually refers to a chess queen. The turquoise one is Kain. All are gorgeous little critters who accompany me to all the Renaissance Faires I go to. They love attention and flattery, so if you'd like to pet them, that's fine. Currently I am also running a business of my own; I'm making and selling my (custom made) jewelry, accessories, and dragons (you pick your colors and eyes!) from our website. Come visit us: TheCopperDragon.Com (http://www.thecopperdragon.com) to check us out. Presently, I've written several poems (posted one of them- "I am the dragon"), posted a shorter-length story ("Time to Choose"), and a long-length story ("Layers of Illusion"- Rated NC-17, no little kiddies please!). I am currently working on and posting the sequel to Time to Choose, "The Red Book", which currently has about twenty five chapters posted, and is nearly done. Also I am working on a rewritten version of Labyrinth, called "Three Sides". It tells the REAL story of what happened in Labyrinth, not just what you were shown in the movie. It's a new and interesting twist on the beloved film. Lastly, I love and appreciate reviews. Even if they are not positive. I can take it! AGAIN, PLEASE READ AND REVIEW my stuff- especially my lonly little poem, "I am the dragon," and my new story, "A Whisper of White." They each only have one or two reviews-- and I had to pull teeth to get those reviews! Aw, come on! It wont kill you! If you like my stuff, come bug me sometime. |
