Author has written 3 stories for StarTrek: Deep Space Nine, Warhammer, and Mass Effect. Not much to say. I'm a guy in Southern California who likes writing fanfiction, and in particular crossover fanfiction, in his spare time. Of course, there's a couple of things that really bug me. Like copy-pasta profiles. People, come on! Either have an original thought, or don't say anything. They're also very annoying. Things I happen to like: Warhammer 40,000, music (of various types that I won't bother listing here), Sanctuary&Eureka from the SyFy channel, Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. A few other things. Oh, and semi-hard to hard SF. Which isn't the same as scifi. Really. Before you look at my favorites, be sure to remember that what I like very well could be something you don't like. A note about my fics: I tend to stick with what I know, and what I know best is 40K. I'm not obsessed with any of the verses, and for most of them, I range between enjoying them, to being indifferent, to disliking them. Most of my crossover ideas are either inspired by other fics I've read (I'll note them where possible), or are born from me thinking "what if x happened?" At least one came about as an ideological/political examination. If you can figure out which one, then five internets for you. Other than that, I beg you, review my fics. For one, I like the feedback (unless it's flaming...and I've got methods for dealing with that), and for two, reviews make my fics real flash. Side note: if you're wondering what the "Skunkworks" are, it's my private store of fanfiction ideas/concepts. It contains several failed, on hold-ed, and in-progress stories. No, most of them will not be published at present. UPDATE 23/05/2012- For those of you who notice the mysterious disappearance of my fic, A Trader's Gambit, worry not. All is well. ATG is simply an atrocious trainwreck that is the result of an incredibly poor execution of [IMO] a very interesting idea. A rewrite is... somewhere... in the future of ATG. The Proof of Zeal is expected to be continued at some point in the- hopefully near- future, and will not be removed. | |||||
