Woops, remembered that this is quite a bit outdated, since I haven't updated it since the release of The Half-Blood prince.
I'm not writing much at the moment, since I went and got addicted to a MMORPG a while ago, but I'm still combing ff.net for good fanfiction though.
The basics, 21 year old girl from Norway, studying in Denmark, generally obsessed with reading.
Favourite authors are Tom Clancy, Robert Ludlum (even though he's dead), Matthew Rielly and a lot of others . I've enjoyed Animorphs, The Dragonriders of Pern, the Lord of the Rings (read it before I saw the films) and of course Harry Potter.
I have also read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows. I enjoyed it very much, though I didn't like the fact that Snape turned out to be good (I still think he's a git and a pshycopath, and that Harry Potter was only able to forgive him out of his famed selflessness. Albus Severus is still a bad name for a son though).
I don't agree with those who thinks it's bad. To those people I've got the following words: 'Stop being so bloody childish and arrogant. It's not your book, you don't have to read it. So what if Harry and Hermione didn't get married, it wasn't your choice. So there.'
Anyway, my favourites are definetly Harry, with Hermione as a close second. Among bi-characters, Professor McGonnagall rules the list.
Old things I've written that I'll allow to stand:
Another thing: I really can't stand people who criticise Harry for being so angry in the fifth book! Hell, why! Allow me the eccentricity to kill people who says that he didn’t have reason to be furious. We’re lucky he’s not yet turned. Ask someone who have knowledge of psychology to answer why.
Ok, at one time in history I said that I liked the 'Snape being Harry's father' concept - I TAKE IT BACK! Right, some fics that include this are wonderful, really. But lately I've gotten so heartily bored of constant sniping from a bitter, prejudiced and pshycotic man who can't see past his own nose for arrogance and childishness. Jeeez. Not that he could see past said nose in the first place...
Fav ships; Okay, I admit it. Once I was a Harry/Hermione fanatic. Totally. I started out 'Beyond Boundaries', not planning to make it a romance, and what did it turn out to be? Indeed, an H/H romance! As a nu-be I was very keen on the Harry/Cho ship (I still read it if I find a good one cough Draco664 cough), which soon shifted to Harry/Ginny, and I still kind of like that ship (Go Ruskbyte!).
However, as I grow in experience ;) I have realised that keeping solely to one ship is quite restricting, so I usually have a positive attitude to any ship ('xept slash). I still think Ron/Hermione is a very bad pairing, though.
I love the Harry/Pansy ship immensly - or any Harry/Slytherin!Female ship, actually. It's so much fun. For those who doesn't agree, go read Jeconais. Now.
