So I believe an introduction is in order.

I am a Canadian going to university in Canada. I ride a polar bear to school and Santa is my bro. No we don't live in igloos, are you crazy? Where do you come up with this stuff...

I am currently taking science and being a generally well adjusted uni student; studying, blowing things up in labs etc. But little do They know (who is 'They' you ask? No one really) I am a secret writer and have a passion for superheroes in all shapes and forms. I first became entranced by the antics of the Teen Titans and am now unreasonably excited with the DC reboot. (Don't hate me, I'm young and I didn't know where to start!)

My favourite is Starfire. Yes favoUrite, deal with it. She is strong and kicks ass. As a person who has been faced with adversity I see her as a role model and I feel like if she can get through the day then I can't stay in bed. And I know that somewhere out there, there is a woman like her. I can only hope that it will be me. So what ever God you believe in help anyone who tries to tell me to stay down!

"Always forgive your enemies - nothing annoys them so much."

So why am I writing FanFiction? Practice. Like everything else besides death and taxes, practice makes perfect. I'm young, inexperienced and eager. I soon hope to be old and jaded but brilliant.
