I think I'm going to avoid the TeniPuri fandom for a while till my writers block vanishes. I might be venturing into the Hakuoki fandom for a bit :P

I'll still be writing SP in my spare time, though I have a few concerts coming up but I'll squeeze out some much needed time.

Finally! I'm back! The first tide of exams are over. Oh, wait, I've got a maths and a Bio in a few days time. But after that it'll be Christmas! That can mean more updates... if I don't get too much hw. Anyway, SP17 is up. Please review and constructive criticism is welcome.

I'll be away for a week so there won't be any updates soon. There is no internet there and I can't bring my laptop with me, so I'll try my best to make do with paper, and I'll type it up when I get home. I'll be working on SP during this time.

About My Fanfic:

'Can you trick someone into loving you?' is a Platinum Pair fanfic. Niou annoys his sister, who in turn takes her revenge by going to Rikkai as Niou and messes things up. Due to a misunderstanding, Akaya ends up peeping into a girls changing room. Akaya can't find Niou so he complains to Yagyuu. Yagyuu decides to pay a visit to Niou's house and he finds out the truth. The next day, Niou goes to school and is presented with laps to run for skipping practice. Niou, being the Trickster, left a hologram double running for him. Yagyuu tells on Niou and the drama spirals...

It has a little of Gentleman Pair (Yagyuu with Yuushi) but having read my profile, you know that's not going to happen, right?

Remarkable Obituary

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Mr. Common Sense.

Mr. Sense had been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old

he was since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.

He will be remembered as having cultivated such value lessons as knowing

when to come in out of the rain, why the early bird gets the worm and

that life isn't always fair.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more

than you earn) and reliable Parenting strategies (adults, not kids, are in charge).

His health began to rapidly deteriorate when well intentioned but

overbearing regulations were set in place.

Reports of a six-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing

a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch;

and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Mr. Sense declined even further when schools were required to get

parental consent to administer aspirin to a student, but could not inform the

parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Finally, Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments

became contraband, churches became businesses, and criminals received better

treatment than their victims.

Common Sense finally gave up the ghost after a woman failed to realise

that a steaming cup of coffee was hot; she spilled a bit in her lap, and was

awarded a huge financial settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust, his

wife, Discretion, his daughter, Responsibility, and his son, Reason.

He is survived by two stepbrothers; My Rights and Ima Whiner. Not many

attended his funeral because so few realised he was gone.

In the newspaper the next day, a motorcycle had crashed into a building because of brake failure. Two people were on it and only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized his brake wasn't working but he didn't want the girl to know. Instead he had her hug him and tell him one last time that she loved him. IN SEARCH OF A NEW HOPE (Fuji fic)

The brunette was the odd one out at that place. He was…not crying. The red-haired boy beside him, like many others that he came with, was pouring his heart out. After all, the picture framed black satin that sat on the butsudan, was none other than that of their beloved captain back in middle school. Fuji left the service early, an impolite act, but no one questioned anything. They knew it must have hit him the hardest.

Tezuka’s family and his former team weren’t the only ones there. Other former rivals and friends were also present. To say Teauka Kunimitsu was an unsocial man wouldn’t be wrong, but he had his charisma. The weird and invisible attraction that made people hold him in high respect.

“…he was a great leader, a caring friend, a thoughtful son, a skilled tennis player, a man with potential…” The speech droned on. Echizen looked at the space beside him, where the brunette formerly sat, “And a perfect boyfriend who will be missed.” He whispered. He must have been, Echizen thought, for Fuji to be that upset.

After the service, Eiji continued to sob into Oishi’s shirt; even Kaidou was crying, and Inui, for the first time the ex-regulars can remember, was without that notebook.

The brunette didn’t care about leaving the funeral early. He didn’t care, he wasn’t ready. He didn’t want to say goodbye. Why does it have to be so hard? Why did they have to part with an argument? Fuji thought their relationship wouldn’t work out, because they had argued so many times the previous week. If he knew this, he would have apologised, begged even – anything for a final embrace. But Tezuka passed away, and Fuji never got to say goodbye…
