Author has written 2 stories for Ranma.

Story summary:

Nabiki has a plan to use her available resources. Corporate life-sentences, Japanese glass-ceilings, and accountability are very, very bad words. Urd is a bored, higher-dimensional, time-spinning, semi-amoral meddler with an itchy trigger-finger, and very suspicious views of what constitutes an interesting ‘solution’ or ‘perfect girlfriend’. Ranma momentarily wishes to get out of a circular routine. Uh-oh…

Nabiki turns herself into an über-metamorph. Absolute power is kind of neat, and corruption is underrated. Urd gives Nabiki a conscience. She's NOT happy. Urd makes Nabiki obsessed with Ranma. She's really giddy. Peorth isn't pleased. Nabiki puts Ranma in intense hypnotic sex therapy to refocus his affections. Ranma is content, needy, ashamed, angry, suspicious, and enthralled. They become a dysfunctional couple! Bizarre situations, and wordy character interactions follow. Nabiki thinks it's perfectly normal to torture antagonists. Ranma disagrees, but forgives her ‘cause she's funny and cute. They still have nearly nothing in common, but that hasn’t stopped most people.

Approaching the archetypical Nabiki – Ranma match-up as if they were acting near-completely in original manga character, and experimenting with how they and their base philosophies might interact with each other if forced together, as well as throwing lots of strange ideas into the pond just to se what happens, and featuring some amusing interaction-banter between Urd and Peorth.

It starts as very goofy, surrealistic, psychological semi-meta-drama, briefly enters mild lemon territory, switches to philosophy and weird, moody situation comedy, while sticking to comparatively slow storytelling.

The second arc:

Backtracking time, as other cast members have been busy on their own, and the pacing moves for the highest gear, while keeping an eye open for sudden turns, or compressed swarms of wild ideas.

Ryoga is offered a position as Herb's new hobby-project. He doesn't think ”Obey, or everyone you know dies.” sounds like a very enticing proposition, and would like a renegotiation about that freaky stalker-nanny.

Ryuu gets a job. Someone apparently thought that it was a good idea to put paranormal law enforcement into the hands of anti-authoritarian Shinto Matrix New Age Hackers. He somehow barely avoids going nuts in the process.

Taro is a badass in his own mind. He enlists for a crash-course in terrorism for dummies, and is adopted by the spirit of glorified murder. Unfortunately, mercenaries don’t wear mascara, and he settles for being a Yakuza enforcer.

The car brakes for incoming lovebirds, as Nabiki tries to put her house and board pieces in order, but is generally going with the flow as usual. Ranma is mostly moping around, but settles at being indecisive and following Nabiki’s leash. Unfortunately, he’s a stray dog, and stubbornly refuses to learn any tricks.

Ingredients of familiar or exotic character labels are introduced to the blender, which erratically starts to mix them up, while still searching for an available parking spot.

Konatsu finds a suspicious guru in the ways of the macho über-ninja. Kuno finds a new vassal, and perseveres with his life’s mission to induce cerebral haemorrhage in everyone within audible reach. Ukyo wishes that she stuck his 'tuition' offer somewhere else than in her bank account. Ryoga is bored from serial-pwning Ryuu and the myopic ugly duckling, but still doesn’t get any respect.

Shampoo gives a lecture in the school of hard knocks. The board reads: “Shampoo too-too scary, and very cute! Now we go date, or else!” It is unknown if Ranma ever recovered, or when Nabiki stopped laughing.

Nenene-nenene… nenenenenenenene… Sect-Busters! Elysium is the new 'it', and in theory best reached through lobotomising viruses, gender-bending aphrodisiacs, or avant-garde nanobot genocide. As team n00bster Ryuu picked the rigged shortest straw, and has been ‘promoted’ to irrational zealot-moderator. Being coached by the local titleholder for “most horrid hacker in history” doesn’t make it better.

Nabiki is goofing around, being lazy, or looking for her future… at 20 different locations at once. Who said making choices had to be difficult? Ukyo goes Nabiki-pwning. Nabiki repaints the signs to Ukyo season. The 'romantic dinner' notion has never been more misunderstood. Nabiki gets the proverbial offer she can’t refuse. The bets are on how long the pact will last without a single backstab. The mixture inevitably builds to critical mass. A rivalry ends, as another begins. Payoff time: The unbeatable underdog. The fallout. The last stand. A final choice.

An experimental and unconventional, fast-paced compression of off-beat ideas, "Short Cuts"-style concurrent plot lines, witty dialogue, thematic allegories, and layered, tongue-in-cheek satire of culture, archetypes, or story conventions, while hammering out portrayals from the ground up. Unpredictably shifting blends of styles, and distinct psychological character viewpoints. From snappy comedy, to intense dialogue, to goofy action, to graphic suspense, to bizarre humour or 180-degree angle-twisting of familiar routines, while exploring how to approach a modern definition of evil on the side.
