Author has written 55 stories for Primeval, MI-5/Spooks, Ashes to Ashes, Romeo and Juliet, Bill, Scott & Bailey, Waterloo Road, Twilight, Silk, and Last Tango in Halifax. Hello everyone, If you're reading this, you're quite probably a fan of Spooks, Waterloo Road, Scott and Bailey, Silk or Ashes to Ashes, in which case we'll get along well. My name is, funnily enough, also HedgieX on Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram, and I will literally talk to you for hours about whichever of the above programmes you fancy. If you don't believe me, ask Never-Clip-My-Wings-x. Also read her stories, because they're flawless. I'm Shakespeare-obsessive, and love poetry, although I'm a bit picky. Be not afeard, the isle is full of noises. I'm quite shy and, in the words of my best friend, a little bit 'socially retarded'; I express myself so much better through writing than speaking. At school, I like English and RE and, slightly geekily, economics. To sum up, my life is basically reading and writing. Tim Minchin and Scouting for Girls are wonderful, and Kate Atkinson is a goddess. I'm also slightly OCD, particularly if spelling and grammar are involved. The amount of people I almost throttle on a regular basis for mistakes vis-à-vis 'there' and 'their', or 'to' and 'too', or 'affect' and 'effect' is unreal. It's nothing personal, I promise.
