It feels really awkward to try and articulate myself after having spent so much time writing about other characters. I guess I'll just give you a rundown of the basics.

After graduating from college this spring I decided to have some fun in the creative writing vein and took up posting on here. I had watched My So-Called Life when it aired originally, but I was a bit young to really be able to grasp the weight of the series and all of the issues that the characters dealt with. My sister binge watched the series a few months ago, and I was reminded of how real the episodes felt. In some parallel universe I'm pretty sure I attended Liberty High and was the uncredited/unseen friend of Angela and the rest of her crew. Also, I love the way one season can have such a lasting impression on its fan base & pop culture (the type of thing I've only seen rivaled by Freaks & Geeks.. but MSCL comes out on top). It was a tragedy & a treasure that the series ended so abruptly, allowing us the ability to carry on the characters in so many different ways.

And I would like to go on record as stating that there will NEVER be a high school babe crush as ICONIC as Jordan Catalaon... Eat your heart out Zach Morris, you never even stood a chance.
