Author has written 17 stories for DragonFable, Inheritance Cycle, Final Fantasy VII, Mirror Mirror, Doctor Who, and Hetalia - Axis Powers.

Hi there. :3

I'm Juliet'sReplacement, am an avid lover of Dragonfable, Kingdom Hearts, and and Final Fantasy VII. Nice to meet you!

Name: You can call me Ari (a variation of my name) or Juliet, if you prefer. :)

Gender: I... am a LADEH.

Age: I just turned 16! :D

Birthday: I was born on January 14th.

Hobbies: Writing, sketching, drawing, and playing basketball from time to time. Also zoning out, brainstorming, and surfing the web in my spare time.

Pets: Two German Shepherds (Mika, the sped, and Reiker, my precious baby), six Betta fish (for the males, in separate tanks, the one is known to all as Mr Sexy for no particular reason and the other is named Ostrich, and is a peacock in disguise. Then four females in one tank; Athena, Ember, Kajira, and Ginseng. They get along), and one horse (Ace).

I support homosexuals, and that means yaoi and yuri. I don't have a problem with people who write it and support it. They're just writing what they like, and that's what fiction writing is for.

If you don't support either, then that's up to you. :)

If I ever submit a review to a story, any criticism in it will be constructive. I don't typically review, though... I do a lot less than I should. There are so many amazing fanfictions out there that deserve reviews, and to dispel any false ideas, I'm not talking about mine. :) I'm honest in reviews. I know several people who are as well, and most are my friends.

I love to write, and not just fanfictions, though I am fiercely protective of my fanfiction Zhi Lao'Hu.

I firmly believe that a good story (fanfiction or no) is similar to a child. It grows to be what you shape it into, and often takes its own shape halfway through. Zhi Lao'Hu is my firstborn of these. :) Golden Touch is growing, but isn't anywhere near the point where it can stand on its own legs just yet.

I love watching many types of anime, and am open to new suggestions. However, there are a few that I may just refuse to watch because I'm a stubborn, mule-headed woman.

I've enjoyed watching:

-Angel Beats
-Howl's Moving Castle
-Spirited Away
-Castle in the Sky
-InuYasha
-Fruits Basket
-Fullmetal Alchemist
-Naruto Shippuden
-Bleach
-Death Note (briefly... mainly fanfictions)
-Princess Mononoke
-Code Geass
-Dragonball Z (usually Kai)
-Avatar: The Last Airbender (if that counts)
-Devil May Cry
-Kaze No Stigma
-Spice and Wolf
-Ouran High School Host Club

And a couple others. They are not listed in order of favorites, just in the order I could think of them.

I'm also on DeviantArt, so if you want to contact me there or see my (fail) art, go right ahead and ask! I'll send you a link.

STORIES I'M WORKING WITH: (Multi-chaptered only. Both on-site and off)

Zhi Lao'Hu: COMPLETED. Dragonfable. A female Mage named Magiya has grown wary of the world, and refuses to change. But when she meets a Paladin who gives her no chance to keep him out, she may not have a choice.

Golden Touch: Dragonfable. Calliope is a lady Warrior who has high-set ambitions. She gets all she can out of life, and is bright-hearted. And she's a girl who can slay her own dragons... right? Right... until a certain Captain comes along. Now being updated bimonthly.)

The Ungreat Unknown: Unwritten. Doctor Who. Jo is a small-town girl working in an auto shop when one day, one of the cars decides to have a mind of its own. From there, everything she ever knew is being forced to change around her. As long as it's changing... there's nothing wrong with going along for the ride, and maybe making a rulebook while she's at it.

Ephemeral: Unwritten. Dragonfable. Katrina is the one who won't go back for a friend if it will jeopardize a quest. She's just logical, not mean... And she doesn't let herself get involved with people. So why is a rejection hitting her so hard?

Anyways, if you've got any questions, I'll be happy to answer them, so feel free to PM me and ask. But consider yourself warned: I am a spelling and grammar Nazi. Contact at your own risk. :)

My name is Juliet'sReplacement, and it's a pleasure to meet you.

2/5/13: I realized it might be helpful for others if you all could see the websites I use to help me over the bumps and potholes in the road of writing. :)
The first is similar to a dictionary crossed with a thesaurus. It can be a little picky at times, but it's really helpful.
The second is made by someone who has too much time on their hands. :D It's a list of replacements for the word "said," and if you're aiming for a different tone in a story, this can be extremely useful.
The third is a simple test I use to test my major characters for the possible Mary Sue disease. If you don't know what a Mary Sue is, the fourth link will clue you in. The fifth (and final) one goes into detail, and it's actually a very entertaining read.

:) I hope these help!

3/17/13: Hey guys! It just occurred to me that, as I have seen some other writers do, it might be cool for you to see what actors I would pick to play the part in a fanfiction. :) To me, it's not saying that the characters look like these actors, not by any means-- it's more saying, "This is the pool of actors/actresses I have to choose from if I want to imagine this would be made into a movie. Let's see who best resembles the real-life version of my character."
It's actually a pretty fun exercise, if you're willing to fight to the death with your favorite search engine. :D
But anyway, after a good two months of research and website-scanning, I do believe I may have found the perfect would-be actor and actress for Artix and Magiya in Zhi Lao'Hu. :)

Brendon Thwaites (as Artix): http://malecelebbio.com/gallery/2012/04/Brenton-Thwaites-13.jpg

Alexis Bledel (as Magiya): http://us.cdn001.fansshare.com/photos/alexisbledel/alexis-bledel-amadeast-blogspot-com-1114660017.jpg

Like I said, it's a pretty fun little project, and I thought you guys might like to see my results. :)
