Regarding fanfiction and my views: I read my first fanfiction in May 2011. Ever since that day, I haven't spent a single day without reading at least one chapter.

After having watched seven anime from start to finish (Digimon, Dragon Ball/Z, Sailor Moon, Yugi-oh, Naruto, Fairy Tail, Bleach), read three manga (Naruto, Fairy Tail, Bleach) and played lots and lots of video games, I decided to try writing a fanfic myself since my crazy imagination created tons of ideas for fanfics. Currently I'm still writing my first fanfiction here and I hope that I'll go to university next year and study English Literature so that I can improve my writing style.

When this tiring season was over I gradually tried to get back into shape so that I can return to writing my long forgotten story, so I decided to watch and rewatch some anime.

To make things clear, I'll give some of my views now.

I do not like yaoi. I won't go into how I feel about it though. I would rather not offend fans of it.

I do not like harems. I think it's crazy having an emotional relationship with someone, and then having an emotional or intimate relationship with another person and the previous person is cool about it. I also believe in equality between genders so I find it insulting for both. That's just how I feel about it.

I do not like gender bending. It's just an excuse for yaoi not to be yaoi and yuri not to be yuri.

I do not like super!Naruto or godlike!Naruto. Sure, you can make him strong, but Naruto was characterized as the underdog for a great deal of the time. I don't mind him winning every fight, but I think he should have to struggle, like he did against Kiba, Neji, and Gaara, not to mention his fight with Pain.

I do not like NaruSaku. Sakura is Naruto's crush from the start of the series, yet for some reason that only Kishimoto knows, she loves Mr Angsty Uchiha Sasuke. Even if that wasn't a fact, I just don't feel that they look good together.

I do not like SasuSaku. He tried to kill her twice on the same day, no hour. He doesn't even care for her in the slightest bit. Plus, Sakura is annoyingly obsessed with the Uchiha Emo. And I agree with Sai in the fact that it's Sakura's obsession with Sasuke that got Naruto in chasing after him for so long.

Lately I've started to lose interest in Naruto with what's happening in the manga. It's just that I feel like it only focuses on Naruto and Sasuke while there are plenty other good characters that haven't shone in Shippuden and the Shinobi War Arc just makes it more obvious.

Concerning Fairy Tail, ever since I started watching it almost two years ago it has become my top favourite anime. It's what I've been looking for in a shounen anime and that's a sense of balance between the important characters. As for the pairings, I know that Mashima has put some certain pairings as canon to the story, but I prefer Natsu more with Erza than Lucy. It's that they have this chemistry that I feel that Natsu doesn't have with Lucy as sometimes it feels like it's more one sided from Lucy's part. The thing with Natsu and Erza started from the first arc when Natsu tried to rescue Erza from the council and there are implications during the entire story with the best example of them being the Tower of Heaven. As for the other pairings, I like the way Mashima has made them but I'm always in for a crack pairing.

Bleach is one of my first anime and one that I've been watching for quite some time. I still believe that the anime should go all the way to the end of the story, though the manga has taken quite a unique, to say the least, turn in the past chapters.

Apart from anime, I have played plenty of games as well but it would take some time to share my views about them so I'll do that at some other time.
