I'm sorry for my long absence, but the last part of the semester ended up being very hectic. First was the 70th birthday of my grandmother at the end of November, followed by my father's birthday and Christmas. Not to mention the first draft of a paper being due.

In December I also started applying for jobs and in between sending out applications and having job interviews, I barely had time to write more. The only times I really got to work on Studying the Future was on the train when I had no internet access. Eventually, I decided to finish the entire book before posting more, expacting to get around to that in January, no later than February when I was officially done with the paper.

Things once again didn't work out as I planned as I received a job starting February 1st instead of March 1st as I had applied for. With one week notice (meaning my job interview was exactly 7 days before I started)... ever since I've been trying to find a place to stay and get out of the pension/boarding house. Eventually I was finished with the story in February/March and I started my quest to reply to the reviews and have them posted before posting the next chapter... something which I didn't expect to take until nearly the end of May. Once again this was mostly done on the train (thankfully I had all the reviews in my Thunderbird)

Unedited means, that it doesn't contain corrections I made here after they were pointed out to me or those I noticed as I added the AN in the beginning and got caught up re-reading the chapter. It's exactly as I wrote it. I will try and fix it up over the weekend.

I'll see about posting a chapter a day over the weekend... I'll have to see about putting up a schedule then. Although it's beyond obvious that me and self imposed schedules don't work out.
