Author has written 7 stories for Maximum Ride, Criminal Minds, and Wheel of Time. Hey! Before I say anything else, my username used to Mat.Do'Orden, and I'm going to continue a couple of the stories I wrote on that account on this account, so no, I'm not stealing from anyone. I'll put an author's note on the old stories and do the same here, so no one gets on to me. I speak Latin, and my user name literally means, 'River Nymph' or 'Nymph of the River' although the Latin grammar is atrocious. *winces* Anyhow, I chose it because my name is River and I like elves and nymphs and all kinds of creatures like that. :) I have what's considered an INTP personality (Introverted iNtuitive Thinking Perceptive) according the the Briggs-Meyer personality types for anyone who's interested. Oh, and I'm a ginormous nerd... so, yeah I tend to not ship certain pairings (except I really have trouble reading non-slash things), but I also can't read stories that aren't focused on my favorite characters. :/ I love stories that hurt them, too, and that tends to be what my fics are based on mostly. Favorite Books: Wheel of Time Song of Ice and Fire Maximum Ride (Go Iggy!) Lord of the Rings (And anything by Tolkien really) Ender's Game (AMAZING book. Read it. Read it now. Now. Read it. Now.) Hunger Games Black Company (Glen Cook is kinda awesome, too, so really anything by him can be included here...) Harry Potter (I refuse to read the fanfictions though because I don't enjoy. I don't know why. I'm a huge Harry Potter nerd, but I don't like the fics.) Forgotten Realms. (These are my guilty pleasures... I just love Drizzt Do'Urden, despite the fact that the books don't have much literary value, are cheesy, and predicable, I love them. Like I said, guilty pleasure) A ton more that I can't think of right here TV Shows: Criminal Minds Breaking Bad Firefly Battlestar: Galactica (the new series of course) Doctor Who (I will always love David Tennant first, but I'm REALLY beginning to like Matt Smith) Supernatural ...I don't really watch much TV Characters: Mat Cauthon Jon Snow, Arya Stark, Jaime Lannister (yeah, yeah, don't kill me. I read the books before I saw the movies and loved him because of his sort of innocence and the relationship he built with Gimli despite their differences) Um...
