Author has written 31 stories for X-Men: Evolution, Artemis Fowl, Harry Potter, Teen Titans, and Naruto. My Pen name: No, I was not trying to spell "Tigress." I meant "Tigris," as in the Tigris and Euphrates-- it's pronounced "Tee-gris." This is really a remnant of my 12 year old self, from so many years ago, so I can't really remember why I wanted this name. However, at the time, I'm sure I was trying to make an allusion to the dependence of the Mesopotamians to the two rivers on either side of them, the Tigris and Euphrates. In times without irrigation, they had to depend on the nutrient-rich flood waters from their two volatile rivers. However, unlike the Nile, the Tigris and Euphrates do not flood regularly once a year. Sometimes they would flood more than once a year, and sometimes they wouldn't flood at all. This could destroy crops and entire towns, if care was not taken. It was the luck of the draw really, a good year, and Mesopotamia would flourish, a bad year and they would flounder in flood or drought. Thusly, I am QueenTigris. I am a fickle mistress. Now I'm in an inescapable Naruto rut. Seriously, I can't stop. Favorite Characters: (for the sake of not spending an hour writing this list, I'll limit it to the top few) Artemis Fowl (from the book by Eoin Colfer) Draco Malfoy (Harry Potter) Raven (Teen Titans) Uzumaki Naruto (from Naruto) Dr. Gregory House (from House, M.D.) Kurt (from Glee) Absolute Favorite Character (Possibly for All Time): Sabaku no Gaara (Naruto) Pairings: (Current Favorite) Naruto / Gaara (Narugaa or Gaanaru suits me. Yes, according to the typical seme/uke format I consider Naruto to be the best seme for that relationship. It's the awesomest thing ever. If you don't believe me, go read "Triptych" by AmberRose (on AFF). It proves, through logic and the laws of the yaoi world, which aren't necessarily logical, that Gaara is the hottest, most adorable, most commanding uke that ever existed. So, by process of elimination that leaves Naruto the seme.) Kakashi / Iruka (both from Naruto) Draco / Hermione (Harry Potter) (I don't see why so many people don't get this pairing. In my opinion, it is far more plausible and more interesting than the following pairing.) Draco / Harry or Harry / Draco (I don't really have a preference of who the seme and uke is here, it all depends on how the story is written) Draco / Artemis (Thanks to an unexpectedly brilliant crossover I've read recently. I don't know how-- but it works.) Also, to keep this list short, I'll stop here since those are the only really important pairings for me. Notes: Lee / Gaara makes me laugh, then gives me nightmares. Gaara / Lee just plain gives me nightmares. Sasuke / Naruto or Naruto / Sasuke... I'll read it, but only if it's REALLY well written. I can't stand it after prolonged periods of time. In my opinion, Sasuke's just not the right one for Naruto, and making Naruto like Sasuke beyond friendship or even brotherliness is hard for me to see. It just doesn't add up for me. Besides, Gaara is so much more awesome. If you want a psychopath who can empathize with Naruto, don't look at stupid Sasuke who would throw away everything that Naruto wants, look to Gaara, who really IS crazy in an awesome voices-are-telling-me-to-do-bad-things-way AND the best thing to happen to ukes in a long time.
