My Pen name: No, I was not trying to spell "Tigress." I meant "Tigris," as in the Tigris and Euphrates-- it's pronounced "Tee-gris." This is really a remnant of my 12 year old self, from so many years ago, so I can't really remember why I wanted this name. However, at the time, I'm sure I was trying to make an allusion to the dependence of the Mesopotamians to the two rivers on either side of them, the Tigris and Euphrates. In times without irrigation, they had to depend on the nutrient-rich flood waters from their two volatile rivers. However, unlike the Nile, the Tigris and Euphrates do not flood regularly once a year. Sometimes they would flood more than once a year, and sometimes they wouldn't flood at all. This could destroy crops and entire towns, if care was not taken. It was the luck of the draw really, a good year, and Mesopotamia would flourish, a bad year and they would flounder in flood or drought.
Thusly, I am QueenTigris. I am a fickle mistress.

It proves, through logic and the laws of the yaoi world, which aren't necessarily logical, that Gaara is the hottest, most adorable, most commanding uke that ever existed. So, by process of elimination that leaves Naruto the seme.)

Draco / Hermione (Harry Potter) (I don't see why so many people don't get this pairing. In my opinion, it is far more plausible and more interesting than the following pairing.)

Sasuke / Naruto or Naruto / Sasuke... I'll read it, but only if it's REALLY well written. I can't stand it after prolonged periods of time. In my opinion, Sasuke's just not the right one for Naruto, and making Naruto like Sasuke beyond friendship or even brotherliness is hard for me to see. It just doesn't add up for me. Besides, Gaara is so much more awesome. If you want a psychopath who can empathize with Naruto, don't look at stupid Sasuke who would throw away everything that Naruto wants, look to Gaara, who really IS crazy in an awesome voices-are-telling-me-to-do-bad-things-way AND the best thing to happen to ukes in a long time.
