Hi there! I'm Wendy. Well, technically Wendy A.S. Cole is an anagram for my real name, so that's why I use it as my pen name. I'm twenty years old and I have no idea what I'm doing with my life. Okay, so I have a few ideas, but who knows what will happen in ten years time? I do know that I love reading and writing, and I hope to post any and all stories that pop into my head here for everyone to read. I appreciate all criticism, as I view flames as constructive criticism, rather than just plain old negative feedback.

My favorite writers (currently, at least) include Arthur Conan Doyle, Jessica Verday, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Janet Evanovich, Robert B. Parker, and Heather Graham. I don't really have a favorite movie, but some of my top contenders are Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Alice in Wonderland (2010), and Robin Hood: Men in Tights. My taste in music leans towards eclectic (in other words I have a wide variety of anything and everything on my iPod and regularly press shuffle). I am a major believer in "mood music". Whenever I'm planning on writing a lot for a specific character (i.e. in a roleplay forum) I listen to a specific genre of music, and within that genre usually a specific artist or song, that will help me get into that character's mood.

Lately in addition to writing I've been playing a lot of Big Fish Games; I know, I know, not really the best hobby in the world, but hey, they're fun! Darn those addicting HOG games! Although I've also just recently started replaying many of the Nancy Drew series by herInteractive for inspiration for "Chocolate Covered Mishaps".

I also lean towards non-canon pairings when reading or writing fanfics. To me, canon is boring. Plus there always seems to be another character in the fandom that would have fit better with so-and-so. The stranger the better! Some of my favorite right now are SSHG or RLHG(Harry Potter), Sakura/Kakashi(Naruto), and John/Sherlock (Sherlock 2010). The latter may or may not be canon... most likely not, but hey, you never know what might happen! :D
