A Note From SaTiNk06

Well the last time I published something on here was in 05. Nearly four years later I have finally let myself sit down and write a new fic. I'll tell the truth I tried over the years to put fingers to keys and spit out something that I thought was of some substance and quality that I would allow myself to share with others. However I never felt anything was as good as 'Nothing's Like Before' or 'The Dare'. Those fics were my pride and joy for a long time. 'Nothing's Like Before' had even won a award on a DHr fic site. Whenever I would sit down to try and do some writing I'd get halfway through a chapter and grow angry with it. I'm not sure why because I know I am a talented writer. So here I am four years later. I was driving to work one day when the muse hit me extremely hard. I tried it ignore it, thinking it would be like all the other time's, but when I got home I sat down in front of my computer and the words just poured out. Now I am hooked again. I have even take up to reading fics again, a past time I had gone without these past few years. I am learning from everything that I read. I realize a lot has changed here ont he site and with fics in general. I really hope that I can keep up with this. I need everyone to know though that updates may be few and far between, but only because I work a lot and go to school. I will however be on here and writing as much as I can.

Books: Harry Potter Series, The Black Dagger Brotherhood Series it's amazing go read it, anything by Nicholas Sparks, To Kill a Mocking Bird, Hamlet yes I know this is a play, and many others. Everything I read influences my writing.

Movies: The Harry Potter movies, Beauty and the Beast, Dirty Dancing, Moulin Rouge, Pirates of the Caribbean all 3, The Holiday, Mean Girls, Mermaids, Blue Lagoon, Eurotrip, and a lot of others.
