Author has written 17 stories for Furi Kuri: FLCL, Utena, Rurouni Kenshin, Elfen Lied, Avatar: Last Airbender, Ouran High School Host Club, Bleach, Buso Renkin, and Katekyo Hitman Reborn!. I'm Nozomi Seijitsu. I write a lot of ficlets and drabble, when I write at all. I'm not so good at it, but it's fun. More of my fics are Rurouni Kenshin-related than not, as you can probably tell. Part of it is because I'm doing a challenge for the "fanfic100" community on LiveJournal, and part of it is because I love the series, particularly the manga. In fact, I'm a bit militant about the manga being the only true canon. Parts of the anime I can accept as "inspired by" or "alternate" storylines, but none of that Seisouhen crap for me, thanks. I love the vast majority of the characters, but am especially fond of: Soujiro, Kamatari, Sanosuke, Shishio, Yahiko, Yutaro, Gein, Enishi, Megumi, Hannya, and the Juppon Gatana in general. I do, however, dislike: most of the anime-only filler characters-- especially the ones from the Shimabara Arc-- as well as Raijuta, Kanryu, the Hiruma brothers, and psycho-mode Aoshi (not to be confused with normal Aoshi or Aoshi of the fluffy gay ninja bow, whom I adore). My favored pairings are: Sano/Megumi (my "OTP," if you will), Aoshi/Soujiro, Chou/Kamatari, Kamatari/Soujiro, Kenshin/Soujiro, Sano/Kenshin, Yahiko/Yuta, Saitou/Sano, Enishi/Kaoru, Sano/Kaoru, as well as all the canon couples (Ken/Kao, Ken/Tomoe, Yahiko/Tsubame, Shishio/Yumi, Aoshi/Misao). However, I don't like the majority of the Ken/Kao or Sano/Ken fics out there, and for some reason it's difficult for me to write about the couples I like most (hence the lack of Sano/Megu in my repertoire). Pairings I dislike most: Sano/Sayo(Magdaria), Soujiro/any of the female characters, Aoshi/Kaoru, Kenshin/Megumi, Sano/Tae, Shishio/Soujiro, Shishio/Kamatari (unless it's one-sided). | |||||||||
