Favorite Films: Foreign films - don't ask me why, but the artsy-ness of them is a refreshing break from American horror and action flicks. My particular favorites are French and Indian films - all subtitled of course. Warning: the French have no problem with full-frontal sex in "R" movies and Bollywood loves musicals. Also, I'm a Marlon Brando fan and I take every chance to watch his early movies just so I can ogle him. Damn, he was sexy. Stories: ~ On Hold / Discontinued Stories ~ Dances in the Glen ~ Chapter 9 A Gundam Wing FanFic that is totally AU. Set in the American Midwest where a small-town girl, Relena, wishes the daily repetition in her town would end. She should be careful what she wishes for... Because of my writer's block concerning this story, I'll probably re-write it before I post another chapter. It's been so long since I began it and I've noticed that my writing style has changed dramatically. Although, I haven't quite figured out if it's for the better. ~ Completed Stories and One-Shots ~ And it Ends ~ Completed A Gohan and Videl one shot that basically follows their thoughts on the Lookout as they wait for their fathers' return from fighting Buu. Kind of follows the series plot. Blind Target: The Chaste Kiss ~ Completed Slightly over-done in 1xR circles, but I wanted to take a different view of that kiss in the epilogue of the Gundam Wing manga "Blind Target." Morning ~ Completed A little short for Inuyasha as he watches the rise of morning and Kagome. When I say short - I mean short. I think it's under 500 words. Dawn ~ Completed Another short, somewhat of a companion piece to "Morning" since it's along the same plot and style. Not as short, but still short. Docteur de Spectre ~ Completed An AU/One-shot that was inspired by watching a ghost hunting special on the Discovery Channel. Only hinted romance, more suspence and drama, which surprised me when I wrote it. Renaissance D'Espirit ~ Completed And the sequel to Docteur de Spectre that gives a bit more information on Kagome and Inuyasha, and comes as close as I could get to a happy ending with everything that I had to work with. Au Début ~ Completed The prequel to Docteur de Spectre in which Inuyahsa's past is looked into a bit more in depth, as well as how his parents met. Someone asked me to do this (as well as a sequel - which I have managed to take a bit farther than I originally thought) over at BI and I had started it, but never knew exactly where to take it. So I revised it a bit and this three-pager popped out. Short and sweet, I love writing these. A Bed of Roses ~ Completed A one-shot response to the 99 Ways to Propose to Relena challenge at BI. Once again, short and sweet. A Vicious Cycle ~Completed A realistic look at GW five years after the wars. Duo's emotional breakdown, told through the eyes of Heero and Hilde, but the last chapter is through Duo. Angsty-drama with slight romance on the side. ~ Incomplete / On-Going Stories ~ De Nouveau ~ Chapter 7 The AU continuation of Docteur De Spectre/Renaissance D'Espirit, which can be read on its own, but I would suggest reading the two one shots first. Anyone that liked the supernatural aspect of the first two will enjoy this on-going story that picks up where Renaissance D'Espirit left off. From the Sea ~ Chapter 1 It's amazing how watching Discovery Channel documentaries gives me inspiration. I have no idea where this one is going and, frankly, I like it that way.
