Author has written 3 stories for Dragon Age, and EverQuest. I've always loved reading. And I've always hated grammar classes. Yet I think I manage to do okay, pretty much by picking up how I see things in the books I read. Couldn't tell you the structure of a sentence, but I can tell you if it sounds ~right~. My biggest struggle has always been to fight my succinctness. I'm not a chatty person, I don't like to waste breath or time. But obviously stories need a little more fleshing out. I consider myself creative but not imaginative, so when companies come along and give me worlds and characters that not only draw me in, but inspire me to shape my own little area around me, I can hardly resist the siren's call. I always write for just myself, mostly to free the insanity between my ears, but I'm human, I love to know if someone likes what I've done. Egos have needs too! And I always appreciate constructive criticism. I can be a little short-sighted and forget the world doesn't revolve around me. | |||||
