Author has written 15 stories for Rizzoli & Isles, and Criminal Minds. Let's see, 23 years ago now I fell in love with my best friend. In straight relationships before that we were adjusted to the social norm, but dammit we fell in love. Like the stories I write one day the veil just lifted and there she was. And thankfully she is now my wife. I like to consider myself a writer, I am also a Tae Kwon Do Instructor, Mom, and grandma (Ada they call me). I love stories in print or visual media about strong women and have daydreamed about characters like that since I was 5. Whenever my friends and I played. I was the hero, not heroine, hero. I loved movies growing up but hated the way women were always portrayed as weak and needing a man to be strong or whole, bull* (i say as I cough into my hand). My mom, bless her heart, encouraged the belief that women should be strong and let me be who I was. (Thanks Mami) I've worked with victims of crime, as well as a probation & parole officer, intimately with SVU (in the county where I worked), was pre-med, have studied anthropology, have been a defensive tactics instructor, have been and still am a geek and a jock and found myself when I met my life partner. For awhile, I lost the inclination to write, even though stories would pop in constantly, I let life knock me down. No more. Stories are my thing and will continue to be until I no longer am. I love reviews and feedback, positive and negative, constructive or not. In life you learn from both. I am currently working on fanfic regarding Rizzoli & Isles and crossovers with Criminal Minds I may consider other venues such as SVU, or Voyager, even Xena though it isn't on the air anymore... I am finally finished writing a book that started out a while ago and it is available on Amazon.
