I have, on and off, considered getting away from this site for good. I would come around to reread old stories, support some others that I come across and think are good, and just be an all-around lazy bum. Of course, I come back and post up three new things and become banned because the site had not allowed me to view the guidelines and just said that I agreed with what was written -even though there was nothing to be read. Only after did I get banned was I able to view the rules. I hadn't known that lists weren't allowed. I had held no part in my own banishment.
I am completely fed up with the way this site is ran. This was a good site, one of the best, then it all went down the toilet. Why any of this started, I do not know. I have been reading fics on this site for about five years, writing for five, and this is the lowest I have ever seen this site. I will still write, but not under this name. I had held a good name, followed all the rules that were induced at the time. The rules changed, but my stories were there before the new rules were enforced. You cannot tell me that I am wrong and that I am breaking every rule because when I posted nearly all of my stories I was within the limits.
I do not believe that anyone will read this, but if someone does do not take pity. I am now lurking around ficwad and deviantArt where there aren't as many ridiculous and nonsensical rules.
There is my good-bye speech. Heed my words and keep them close.
