Review Pledge

"I promise to review every fanfic I read whether it be fantastic, useless, or anywhere in between. I make this pledge because I know how frustrating it as an author to have hundreds (or thousands) of hits and only a handful of reviews." Copy and paste this onto your profile if you promise to do the same.

"I'm the kind of person who would burst out laughing in the middle of a dead silence because of something that I just got that had happened yesterday."

7/20/11: Hello. My name is Aleah and I have a passion for writing, whether it be comedy, fantasy, or science fiction. I am a bit TV obsessed, which is a reason I love writing fan fiction. I also find it to be good practice for writing original stories. I'm a bit of an anglophile - just thought I'd warn you! I love British comedies like Red Dwarf, The Brittas Empire, and Blackadder. I absolutely love Harry Potter, which is pretty obvious because of my username. I also love Doctor Who! Actually, it's probably more like an unhealthy obsession than anything. And before anyone asks, the "TNG" in my name stands for the TNG in Star Trek.

I do love to write, and hope to make it my career someday, but as I do have a life and tend to procrastinate a lot, I may seem to disappear off the face of the Earth sometimes, and other times I may be posting stories left and right. It depends. Well, I guess that's it about me. OH! I have a website at www(dot)harrypotterfantng(dot)webs(dot)com. Not to beg, but please check it out. I worked hard on it! :D

Quotes From Some of My Favorite Fandoms

"If someone who knew the future pointed out a child to you and told you that that child would grow up totally evil, to be a ruthless dictator who would destroy millions of lives, could you then kill that child?" 4th Doctor, Doctor Who

"I'm not implying anything. I'm sure Sally came round for a nice little chat, and just happened to stay over. And I assume she scrubbed your floor, going by the state of her knees." - Sherlock Holmes, Sherlock

"Do I get extra points if I act like I care?" House, House, M.D.

"After all, how can a mere dragon expect to tell a man like yourself what to do? In fact, everyone should stand in awe of your brilliance of finding the only dead end." - Saphira (to Eragon), Eragon

"Believing oneself to be perfect is often the sign of a delusional mind." - Data, Star Trek: The Next Generation

"Kryten, kindly get to the point before I jam your nose between your cheeks and make it the filling of a buttock sandwich." - Rimmer, Red Dwarf

"Since I have been manager, I am proud to say there have only been twenty-three deaths. And not one of them was a staff member." - Mr. Brittas, The Brittas Empire

Yes David, it's just like the schoolyard song. Bryan and David, sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G. First comes love, then comes the inability to marry. Then comes a stranger and an invasive medical procedure. Then comes the baby in the baby carriage." - Bryan, The New Normal
