I love reading. Fanfiction, published books, cereal boxes. Whatever. I love me some words.

If you read mine I'll read yours ;) that sounds funny-ha. But in all seriousness, I do love reading fanfiction, specifically FF7 (Vinny and Tifa, but I'm open to well-written other suggestions), Laby (J&S), and Rurouni Kenshin (Sano&Megumi, Kenshin&Kaoru, oooooldschool- got me into fanfiction in the first place). But if you take the time to read mine and would like some comments, I'm more than happy to oblige :)

As far as authorship goes, I believe there is no form of writing that is any more important than another (as I find that some people try to devalue something like fanfiction writing) as they all strive to achieve the same goal: to find readers. Readers are hard to find, I am a reader and it's difficult for me to invest my time in something I know might never be finished. Writing: serious business. Life is busy, but every person should take time for themselves to recapture what makes them happy, what keeps them who they are. Remember why you started and how it feels to read something incomplete; remember how much time it takes to render something to be complete and be patient.

Avid reader, (obsessive? yes!) sometimes writer. New to this game, but sometimes you just have to jump!

As a frigging side note, it's got to be my BIGGEST PISSOFF PEEVE ever when people take down their stories. I get it, you don't write anymore, you don't feel it, you don't like it, the stories aren't to your level anymore blahbalbhabkalbah. GAH-! It's a story and sometimes you're not the only person in the world who it's important to, or who wants to remember it. So leave it alone, or frigging tell me when you're going to delete the damn thing so I can archive it. Which, really, I should do anyways. Grrrrrrrrrr.

Uuuupdate :) October 19, 2009: Just in case someone other than myself checks this for updates (like I do other authors) I'm still working on a chapter2ish to Supernatural; got lots written but I kind of have to serge it all together- thanks for checking up on me if you do!

ANOTHER update. November 17, 2009. Woo. Actually finished the first bit of a FFVII ficky (I know, I'm a nerd, thank you :) VinTi. Oh yes. I actually kind of like it. It came to me almost as if it were a vision! Ok, so maybe not quite so dramatic, but let's pretend. Drama and glitter and all that. Should have it posted ohh... Tomorrow? Probably. Just have to edit edit edit.
