Personality: Funny, loud, giggles allot, sometimes annoys people (on purpose), gets hyper when she is a good mood. Mean and bipolar in a bad mood. Doesn't like routine or to sit still, she likes to try something different everyday. When someone has problems or needs help she would want to help them no matter what.
Loves: Sugar, hard candy, funny people, adventure, exploring, gossip, music, amusement parks and being around people.
Hates: Pressure, being bored, sitting in one place, and being held down, lies
Skill: Very good speed and agility could defend herself from attacks, jump around the walls and roofs, hit certain spots on people to put them to sleep or paralyze them type of agility. Hides small sharp knifes somewhere on her ;) , and sometimes keeps a gun with her for defense. (NO special powers like chaos control, telekineses, or super forms!!)

Side: Neutral. Just like any normal Mobian citizen.
