I'm old enough to know better. I'm also a walking Buffy encyclopedia and all around vampire buff, which is why I started reading Twilight in the first place.

On fics and the fandom in general:

In my stories you will come across the occasional grammatical error, in fact 'A Different Twilight' has enough of them that I a) so need to fix it when I finish its sequel or b) pull it down, set it on fire and salt it so that nothing grows there again. If you're wondering what my choice is, I'm going with "A". I don't mind it when people point out the errors, although I prefer it to be done via the PM system.

As a reader, I've read stories with shoddy grammatical errors that were good and stories with perfect grammar that were not. Throwing down perfect punctuation is not the lifesaver of a story with a horrible plot. I have a really sweet beta (izzzyy) now (that I got in the middle of CiTM), so I've cut down on my errors.

As for the fandom, I have a love/hate relationship with it. Some people here are so super serious business 27/7 that it's scary. There are also people in this fandom that take themselves way too seriously, mounted on their high horse of e-importance. I'm just not one of them, c'mon I write Twilight fan fiction in which Bella is a witch. The high horse I climb on is a miniature pony. This the fandom, the fic writing etc for the most part is an outlet of some sort for us, and it should be fun. I sorta try to avoid the drama but that doesn't mean that I won't LMAO at all the hysterical things to be found in here.

Check the LJ every once in a while! I spout off an occasional rant or drop a sneak peek to my story from time to time.
