Just haven’t had the time, I guess. Yep, I’m lazy. Don’t rub it in. stares I can see you people, I said don’t rub it in! Grr…anyway, a bit about me. Well, where to start? Ooh, I know! I am of the female gender (I think) and I live in that small little country on the bottom of the globe called Australia (where the kangaroos live…haha…kangaroos) Hmmm… I’m sixteen, baby! I can legally drive and run people over! Wow…I think I’m scaring myself. Okay, I’ll be serious now. “I never think of the future – it comes soon enough.” – Albert Einstein My Fiction –Tru Calling – “Blood of a Stranger” - All finished, completed and packed into a nice little box with a ribbon on it. Except that there is a sequel to it, which delves into the aftermath of Tru’s actions.“Aftermath” - The sequel to “Blood of a Stranger”. Should be beginning to post it real soon, though it still has a lot of work to be put into it. I want to accentuate the depression and careless darkness Tru slips into, however, I don’t want her to become too dark. It wouldn’t suit her character. So for now, I’m trying to find a balanced form of darkness that I would be comfortable to cloak Tru in.“The Rendering” - The third and final chapter in the “Blood of a Stranger” trilogy. Unlike “Aftermath”, “The Rendering” will follow closely the reasoning behind Richard’s plans to strip Tru of her abilities, like he was trying to do in the second season of the show. It will also follow more closely the season’s plots that were released to us on Doris Egan’s blog. This includes a bank robbery that Richard will be involved in, a safety deposit box that was set up by Tru’s mother for her daughter to find, and Jack’s further involvement in his relationships with Tru, and Richard, respectively. “Fall Back” Buffy/Angel – - A post-Not Fade Away and Chosen look at Faith’s life as she continues to struggle down her road to redemption. Angel was the sole survivor after his apocalyptic fight following the abrupt end of Not Fade Away. Since then, he and Faith have been meeting in secret to help each other atone for their past sins, among other things. Don’t know when this will be up, as I haven’t worked on it much during the last couple of months. It’s a work in progress. “Beneath You”- Faith struggles to adapt to life as the help in Buffy’s regime to collect Slayers. When the group travel to Boston, Faith meets up with old friends, old enemies and old habits. Title taken from the mantra of the seventh season of Buffy, “from beneath you, it devours.” This story is not so much a work in progress; it’s more of an idea, however when the inspiration comes for it, I will work on it. The pairing is a slightly-more-than-platonic Buffy/Faith, just because I like their subtext, as Doug Petrie so often says ;) As a side-note, I’m also working on a lot of one-shots that either may or may never be released.
