Sex Determination System: XY Chromosomes (Male)

What's up, readers? My name is Ellis and I usually don't know where to start with these introductions so I'm just winging it. If I were to describe myself in three words it would be: "I. Am. Boring." I'm truly not that interesting. I mean, I'm pretty good with computers and my personal life does have its even amount of drama and comedy but I get most of my kicks from watching other people fail at life (which is probably why I watch nearly every TV show under the sun). Along with television--which is pretty much my life--I read and write. I guess that's why I'm a member of this site, no?

Sadly, my writing capabilities is like an on/off thing. When I'm in a writer's stride I can't stop myself from running the fingers across the keyboard but when I'm on a block (which is 80 percent of the time) I can't get a decent sentence out without major suckage following.

Random Facts:

-I have a regrettable tendency to browse through M/M slash every once in a while... I blame my fangirl of a best friend.

-I ship Nathan/Anyone besides Haley. I'll take Nathan and Tim over Haley. I don't hate Naley but they just don't interest me.

-Speaking of OTH, season 2 is my favorite.

-I almost gave up on OTH season 7 until I watched Julian/Alex clips online. They're the only reason I still watch the show now.

-I write TV scripts for my own original television series. Who knows? Maybe one day you guys will be writing fanfiction for my projects. shrugs :P

-I occasionally attempt to study the Japanese language... and by 'study' I mean using downloading cheap lessons and failing miserably.

-I damn near cried when I found out TSCC was canceled.

-I tend to leave honest and lengthy reviews. It makes me happy to know that writers enjoy my reviews.

-I give gingerbread zombie cookies to those who review my crappy stories.

Side Note:

I hate to say it but most of my outdated/unfinished stories won't be finished. I'm keep them only as a keepsake and a reminder of how much of a crap writer I was back then.

Project Statuses:

The Places We Have Come to Fear the Most - (As of 06/19/09) Considering a rewrite of the first three chapters.

An Inconvenient Comfort - (As of 06/19/09) It sucks. I might end up scraping the entire story.

Stranger to Me - (As of 11/22/09) Rewriting from scratch. Danger Zone inspired me to involve Holly J into the plot. The rehash is more Holly J-centric. Spinner and Paige, respectively, play huge roles in the story. I'm not uploading the story until I've finished all three chapters.
