I keep it up solely for my purpose of looking back and seeing my improvements, as well as the mistakes I still need to correct. I'm always flattered by Authors Alerts and Story Favorites, but in all honesty, they mean little to me if it doesn't follow with a review. I'm looking to tone and improve my writing skill, and if you pay close attention, I replace my chapters roughly weekly with new improvements to them.
