Author has written 15 stories for Harry Potter, White Wolf, Lord of the Rings, Buffy X-overs, Sandman, and Doctor Who. Let's see, first a shameless plug-- I have some poetry and a few stories at fictionpress-- also under Magpie Poet, if you like any of these, please visit there! It actually gets updated more often. It was pointed out that I don't have any disclaimers on my fics. Generally it seems self evident--if you don't know the fandom or who owns the characters you shouldn't be reading it! It's not going to make any sense! ;) But just to keep things all straight and neat--I don't own any of the worlds involved, nor do i own any characters you recognise. Just borrowing to play with them, and I have always taken good care of my toys. I hope I can lay claim to a slightly wise-ass squirrel and another OC or two. That's about it. And nope, not making any money off this. (Not even off my original stories or poetry. *sulks*) Really, if I were, would I be living at home and working at a bookstore for lousy pay? Uhm, about me, if anyone is interested... I adore anything 'escapist,' namely a good book. My favorite authors (think *bow down and worship*) are Neil Gaiman, J.R.R Tolkein, and of course J.K. Rowling. Terry Pratchett is getting close to that list. Monstrous Regiment was so much fun... A sentimental favoite goes to Peter S Beagle (author of The Last Unicorn) My movie tastes are action, fantasy, and drama. (Chick flicks=ICK!) My music taste ranges from Baroque and Medieval to Alternative by way of 60s-70s protesty folk. My hobbies are reading, writing, drawing, and assorted never-to-be-finished-crafts. (Numerous quilts, trying to learn doll making from a friend, trying to figure out photoshop...etc) At present I'm (sort of) working on greek myth based stories. Some used to be posted here, then I took them down to try to get them published. Yeah, that worked. Only not. Still toying with them though. Another plug- R&R my LoTR fic, someone, please?! It follows the books, and deals with a character who didn't even make it into the movie. No leggo-mance, nuh-uh! (or perhaps that was my mistake... *shrug*) An no, I still haven't figured out the bloody format issues.
