Hello, thank you for taking the time to take a look at my 'Fan Fiction' profile page- and hopefully read through my stories whilst you're here too!

As you're here, I will let you know a bit about myself. My name is Amelia Lauren, I am 18 years old and I live in London, England. I am a self proclaimed fan of 'Friends' and even though the show has been off-air for a shocking 8 years now, I still find myself drawn to the show, especially when it comes to writing. For a reason unknown to me, I find the characters so easy to work with, relate to and have some fun with, and I really cannot see myself writing for another fandom, well, not yet anyway.

Right now, life for me is a little on the manic side. Trying to balance my part-time job, my impending university course which I'm soon to start and a social/family life tends to make ones life a bit crazy, doesn't it? But, I like writing, even though I don't really want to pursue it in the future. It's nice to leave the madness of the real world behind and escape off to my laptop or iPod for a while and immerse myself in stories, either reading or writing for a short time. Nothing cheers up a rainy and miserable day like a well written Mondler story.

I love 'Mondler', I really do. There is something about that paring that I'm drawn towards them, like a moth to a flame, and I think I have been a fan of them since they first got together on the show... and that was ages ago. Mondler (Monica and Chandler, if you were wondering) are just wonderful, and I know that many other Mondler fans will agree with me. Right, right? Hmmm, I'm probably a little insane.

I also cannot stand the paring 'Randler' (Rachel and Chandler). I have nothing against people who do read them, or write them. It is something that I just cannot comprehend... sorry. Anyway, when is comes to Ross/Rachel vs Joey/Rachel, I still do not know which paring I prefer...

As you can tell from my lengthy profile, I tend to ramble on. Especially when it comes to authors note and reviews too. I am one of those annoying people who goes on and on and on about stuff, which may get annoying. But, I try to review, because reviewing is important to me and to all of the other authors too. (Yes, that is a hint!).

Stories on the go

'A Night in New York'- "After a viscous attack on his wife, Chandler swears revenge." Mondler, Rated T. A very angsty and emotional story (but with the occasional sappy scene for y'all). Please read and review.

'First Kiss'- "Most first kisses are shy and short, most first kisses don't change your life forever, but not this one." Mondler, Rated T. Very, very sweet and mushy college fic, with a little drama too. Please have a read and let me know what you think.

'Infatuated'- "We see them as friends, lovers and spouses, but what about the things we don't get to see?" Mondler, Rated M. My first ever series of 'smut' stories about Monica and Chandler's relationship at different points. I also take requests for episodes/scenarios, so if you have one, let me know. Please read and review- but this is not for people under 18 (or whatever your countries ages are).

'Forbidden Fruit'- "Monica loves Chandler, Chandler loves Monica, so what's the problem? They're forbidden." Mondler (duh!), Rated K. AU High School story about Monica and Chandler's forbidden love.

No, I do not own Friends. I was born the same year that the show was first shown, so either I was a very clever baby, or it's not mine. And it isn't mine, I make no money from these stories. No copyright intended.

So after that really long essay-length profile, I just want to thank everybody who reviews, favourites or follows my stories. Every review means a lot to me, even constructive-criticism, they spur me on to write more and more and each one I receive brings a smile to my face! So please review.
