I'm a middle-aged woman who lusts shamefully over the actor, Jason Isaacs. My pen name, Slytherin Dragoon, reflects two of my favorite characters that Jason has portrayed, Lucius Malfoy from the Harry Potter universe and William Tavington from The Patriot. "Slytherin" represents Lucius' Hogwarts House and "Dragoon" represents the fact that William Tavington was a dragoon; a cavalry officer.

Author of Innocence Lost and Complications of War, shamelessly pulp fiction type stories based on the movie, The Patriot. Previously available at Tavington Fan Fiction and Art Site, I've now reposted improved and expanded versions of Complications of War and Innocence Lost here, rewriting and adding to some sections. I'm also the author of 22 continuing Deep Space Nine stories featuring original Cardassian and Bajoran characters. They were previously featured on my own, now defunct, website.

I am close to finishing my first story in the Harry Potter genre, an AU, post-DH Lucius/Hermione story, called Hermione's Choice. I am thrilled with the positive response this story has generated and I hope to write more stories in the HP universe soon. I have one new story planned for some time in the future.

Now available is a companion blog for my fan fiction: Slytherin Dragoon's Fan Fiction. Included are commentary and insights into how and why I wrote Hermione's Choice as I did, tidbits, photo illustrations of story elements, and anything else that comes to mind that I think would interest readers of this story. I've also included notes relating to my Tavington stories. Comments and discussion are welcomed there.

I also have about five chapters written in a new Patriot story, which I hope to resume writing, then start posting, once I am finished with
Hermione's Choice. It is titled All For Love and will be a Tavington/Charlotte pairing. I haven't yet decided whether to work on this one first, or start my next Lucius fic, which has been partially outlined.
