Author has written 4 stories for Book X-overs, and Harry Potter. So... I don't know if anyone ever visits this profile anymore, since I've been off doing the real life thing for so long. If one or two of you still check back here after so long, firstly hats off to your perseverance. Secondly, I have a request for everyone. I've been trying for the better part of a month to find a specific fanfic. Harry Potter in nature, however I don't know the author or title of the thing. Really making this easy, aren't I? The premise of the thing, however is one I'm intimately familiar with. In a nutshell: Harry Potter is kidnapped as an infant and taken to an alternate dimension where time passes much faster than it does in the real world. He is given a potion/spell to keep his body growth attuned to the "real world" as opposed to his new home and thus attains the experience of 100 years while in the body of a 10 year old. He becomes a "warlord" of sorts in the old world and is embroiled in a conflict that has lasted the better part of his life. In a climactic battle, he chases the demon cross-dimensionally and escapes with his female companion to the "real world" Whether he got a letter or not from Hogwarts I can't remember, but he does get into several scrapes with Dumbledore... and there was where the last update I read ended. So... if ANYONE remembers this story and knows the author and/or title off-hand I'd be much obliged if they would shoot me an IM and let me know. I'm on aim at: fiere redfern.
