Author has written 10 stories for Static Shock, Redwall, and Kung Fu Panda. About me: I'm just your average American literary nerd and self-described yarn harlot (see DeviantART account/homepage) with a love for writing. Got myself a BA in English, and am currently a working girl (technical writer) and writing fanfiction for fun. Warning: I am a total dork. I do a lot of research into my fics, more than I probably should. I also love talking plot, characterization, character names, anything, really. Other interests: I knit like mad. Started in Freshman year undergrad to deal with stress, and has since developed into an addiction. Though as far as addictions go, I suppose I could do worse. I'm a movie-holic, and collect them like mad. I'm a voracious reader, most notably the classics by Austen, Shelley and Wilde, but I'll read just about anything that passes my fancy. Huge fan of Christopher Moore, I've also read Steve Berry, Khaled Hosseini, Douglas Adams, and most recently Sue Monk Kidd, Michelle Moran, and Ann Hood. SPECIAL NOTICE, PLEASE READ: I write about certain subjects that people may squirm over, such as some certain sexual situations, and dark stuff like murder, depression and even suicide. Please keep in mind that what I write does not reflect my lifestyle. So don't get on my case that "suicide/murder/premarital sex/yaoi/llamas/etc. is against my religion and you're going to hell" or something like that. This is FICTION, not real life. If you have a problem with one of my fics and see a way to improve it, let me know in a constructive way. Its only fanfiction. I'm not forcing you to read it.
