Hello everyone. It's April 4th of 2012 and I'm updating my profile.

Right now I'm working on the fourth part of my "Everything went downhill from there" series. It's about Jack and Renee from 24. I'm writting that fourth part in a 24 format, which has been difficult. I do this to have fun, practice english and to get reviews.

Some things you should know about me:

I'm single. I'm from Argentina... so my first language is Spanish. I've been studding English for eight years now, and I lived in Colorado for four months, so.. I'm quite good at it... Of course I still have a lot to learn and I’m bound to make many mistakes.

My real name is Lara García Costanzo. I write under the name of “Lara Cox” because I once was a huge fan of Courteney Cox Arquette. My "obsession" with her started when I saw SCREAM 2 ... I really loved her in that movie and I started watching "Friends" just to see her. Cee Cee will always have a place in my heart.

For a long time my biggest obsession was Geena Davis. Ever since I watched the pilot of “Commander In Chief” I became a huge fan of the show and specially of Geena. Sadly, it was canceled after one season.

I became practically addicted to 24 and Kiefer S because a friend wouldn't shut up about how awesome it was, so I had to check it out and I could never stop. Since it's gone, my only comfort is watching old episodes and I have fun writting about what was wrong with season 8 (namely: Renee Walker's death and Allison Taylor downfall).

I was also a HUGE fan of The West Wing, and I read fanfics about it, but I was never inspired to write one for some reason.

Currently, I'm truly hooked on "Mad men", "House", "The Good Wife", "Grey's Anatomy" and "Awake".

- The one with a strange twist of fate:COMPLETED...one of my personal favorites! 100 mondler... Specially dedicated to Mondler's fans.

- If the world ended tomorrow: COMPLETED...very sad but love it! I wrote this when I was very depressed.

- My dear friend:COMPLETED... I really love this fic. Is dedicated to all the people who look for very original and surprising fics. It didn't quite get the response I was looking for... but it got some good reviews and 6 people putted it in their favs's list... so I’m happy! Besides is my personal FAVORITE. It was born out of my curiosity about Joey and Monica together but it somehow ended up being and MONDLER fic.

- Crossroads:COMPLETE! Based on the movie “Crossroads” I'm very happy with this story in general but I think the ending was too simple and way too predictable. Anyway...I enjoyed doing it. Also, dedicated to Mondler fans.

- Charmed Mirrors:COMPLETE...my first intend of a poetic short fic... not so bad... but not so good

- Behind the locked door: COMPLETE...I really like this one...

- For the record...I did exactly the same thing:Complete! I LOVE THIS ONE! I think is very good... and is dedicated to Leondra because she wrote the original idea...

- My past, my present and my future:COMPLETED! This fic is about my favorite episode of friends so have to love it.

- A president in love:COMPLETED...this fic is specially dedicated to the "I hate Richard club" (and Richard's biggest hater: Sarah) and to all Mondler fans... I LOVE this story… is a tribute to one of my favorite movies: “The American President”.

Commander In Chief's Fics:

- Againts all odds: (Complete!) I SOOO loved this Rockenzie Fic. It started as an original idea, as an answer the question: What would happen if Rod had taken the job in New York? It was inspired in the song "Againts all odds" but the last few chapters turned out to be a tribute to my favorite episodes of "The West Wing"... I really like the results... and It seems that people really enjoyed it.

- Don't blame Teddy Bridges: (Complete!)A very short fic just to answer the question: “Who leaked Mac's resignation letter?”... It shows what I really think about that matter... I liked how it turned out.

- Mackenzie’s Choice: (complete) My favorite “One shot”. I really liked it.

- “The Streets of Heaven are too crowded with angels”. (Complete) I think this is the hardest one-shot I ever wrote. Is sad, is depressing…. But I love it big time. Is definitely in the top-five of my favorites one-shots.

- “All I could come up with is to love her” (Complete) Another one-shot I really loved…. It was born as an explanation that my twisted mind gave to Mac’s compulsive eating. And it was the trigger of another fic of mine, “It’s the fall that’s gonna kill you”.

- “The Time Of my Life” (complete)One-shot inspired in the song “Good riddance. Time of your life”. Is about Mac’s last moments as President. I didn’t like much how this fic turned out.

- That wasn't on the contract (Complete) One-shot written for the challenge we had in our forum. Is about infidelity. I really love how this came off. Sadly, it didn’t get many reviews.

- It's the fall what's gonna kill us (On hiatus) Is dedicated to all the fans of “Commander In Chief” who also loved “The West Wing”. It’s a mix of many things… it’s TWW’s basic plot in CIC’s world plus some ideas of my own. I’m so enjoying it. And 5 people already added it to their favs list. I intend to end it some day.

It was born out of my love for Renee Walker as a character and Jack's love interest. I found her fascinating. She was the best female character on this show, besides president Taylor.

At first, It was simply supposed to answer the question... what if Jack and Renee dated between season 7 and 8? But then Renee got killed, and I just HAD to write an story in which that didn't happen and Jack and Renee got the happy ending they deserved.
