My name is Morgan, I’m from Canada, I like to write, and—blah, blah, blah… yeah, we get it! If I didn’t like to write I wouldn’t have written this, I wouldn’t have ever written anything at all. I’m done with boring profiles and I’m putting my foot down! Someone has to break the chain, so why can’t it be me? Anyone can write a profile about themselves, but it takes some skill to write an interesting profile. So, instead of telling you all about myself and what I like, let’s try something different. First of all, I’d like to thank you for taking a tiny bit of your busy day to read my fanfics. Secondly, the reviews I’ve been getting are the best thing ever (hint, hint. Nudge, nudge.)!

Now, I know there are fanfiction writers out there who’ve been continuing their stories based on the number of reviews received on each chapter and that’s totally fine, but that’s not me. I don’t want to force people to review my work, that’s like forcing someone to like something, which is likely to backfire. Of course, I do like to “remind” a couple friends to review each of my new chapters because their reviews are so amusing (you know who you are.) But why write for praise? You should be writing for yourself because that’s what writing’s all about. You have to love what you do before you expect other people to love it too.

That’s why I write. I write for me first. I write because I love to write. It’s that easy. The fact that you enjoy it is just one of the perks. So, again, I thank you for loving what I love to do.

In other news:

Breaking Even was previously titled Painful Lie (the first fanfiction I wrote), which I’ve taken down. If you're hoping that Breaking Even will be exactly the same as Painful Lie, I’m sorry but you're gonna be out of luck. With that being said, I hope you love it just as much because there will be some similarities but I'll be changing the majority of the plot.

Road Trip has been my first collaborative story and it's been a blast. My partner in crime is a genius (love you, Jac)! I never would have thought of half of this on my own. Road Trip is nearing it's end but it's not finished just yet. Don't worry, we'll give it the ending it deserves.
