January 1 - New Oneshot "Kiss" - Wow...It has been a while since I last uploaded/written a story. Looking at my last updates, looks like I've written a story for '07, '08, and now '09. I'm in shock. haha Still, I thought I would whip up a quick fic for the new year and my newest obsession: Total Drama Island. My main fandom is still anime, but it's a nice change of pace to write for an American -cough-orCanadian-cough- show. Looking back at the year...hm. It just flew by with the good and bad. However, I can't say it was mostly bad because I'm grateful things may change, but in general, I'm pretty happy. Hopefully, that feeling will continue on until next year, and I hope the people who read my fic will be satisfied with my writing. Happy 2009 guys! January 1 - New Oneshot "Constantly" Hello New Year '08! Goodness if you go down and read my updates, you'll see I posted something on New Years too. Time really does fly! Ah well, it's been a pretty decent year. Except for a few small things here and there, I can't complain too much. I hope everyone's new year is good too, and I want to celebrate the new year by dumping a fic I just finished on December 31 of last year! It is a fic from a series I hold dear to my heart, called President Dad, that I just had to honor with this fic. This is my third fic from the series, and I think my last. I'm done pining over the series, but maybe, while flipping through my relatively small collection of manga, I might see it again and receive inspiration. Still, I should probably be doing my projects or finishing up college application essays. lol November 6 - Nothing new, but err...I suppose my goal of a fic a month is definitely gonna be put on hold indefinietly. It's not like people were really reading my fics, lol, but still, I thought it would be polite to say that school work is a little overbearing at the moment. That, and my real life is getting slightly hectic, nothing with friends and all that stuff, more like family and health issues. Regardless, I hope everything goes well for my life and my readers, but once again, I sincerely apologize for my lapse in fics. July 13 - New Oneshot "Unpredictably Loved" - Hey, I uploaded my new fic on a Friday the 13th. I wonder if that's a good thing. O.o; Still, I'm pretty proud of this one. It's been a while since I've written a lemon, so hey, hopefully it isn't too bad. I worked really hard on it the last two - three days. It's been sitting in my Doc. folder for like, two or three months. It was an idea that just popped into my head and somehow...I guess it evolved into a PWP. Not that I mind. XD I'm sure more than a few readers will be surprised at the pairing, but hey, if flames come my way, I'll be more than happy to respond back. It's my idea, if they like it, I'm glad (hopefully they review back), if they don't, then just close it after reading the first two lines rather than reading all of it and THEN flaming me with some n00b writing which I will be more than happy to correct. Still, hopefully it's a fun read for some yaoi fangirls. Heh. June 12 - New Oneshot "50 Mixtures of Water and Fire" - Evidently, I spoke too soon when I spoke that last announcement. Still, looking through my folder of my fanfiction, I was like, if I'm really so lazy, then let's do a lazy ma-fangirl's fanfiction. So, I finished my 1sentence challenge. Wh00t. January 1 - New Oneshot "50 Moments Seemed Like Eternity" - I thought I'd start the new year with a story. Hopefully, it'll only foreshadow the more stories that I'll hopefully finish. Still, for some odd reason, I've been on a HitsuMatsu kick, and I finally got to get through it by doing this LJ 1sentence comm. challenge. Heh heh, cheap way to get a story out, but it's been helping my writer's block a little. Next time, I swear, I will finish up that yaoi fic I've been meaning to finish. "Me - The Lazy Writer" Method of Writing: Either my computer or notebook. I have finally come to conclusion that my work is somewhat better if I type it straight up from my walnut sized head rather than writing it down. Still, there's a better chance of me getting side tracked if I type it up from my head rather than writing it down, but it's better quality. Gah, why am I so ADD? -rolls on the floor- Genre: Romance, drama, angst, and a few others. I'm so limited with genres. -is stupid - Couple: Anything really. Hetero and shounen-ai/slash prevail predominantly in my fics. As long as I think the people like each other or they look together, I will definitely support them. Length: One-shots author. I'm trying to do more one-shots now since I don't have to commit myself to them. I'm not good with staying on plot. I'm currently working on three chapter stories though. It's a killer to update though. Rating: PG - PG-13. I cannot write a decent R or NC-17 story. I'm not good with action descriptions and my smut is just crummy. I swear, I watch a show for too long and I start noticing too completely romantically uninterested people stand together too long, and then come to the conclusion that they're destined for love and romance. Eh. Still, it was something I wrote up really fast so I could throw out for the new year and let people know I'm still somewhat alive. It's called "Kiss" and I really like it.
