Author has written 4 stories for Tin Man, Sherlock, Doctor Who, and Harry Potter. Ok so I'm not entierly sure what to put up here, I suppose I should just ramble a bit about what I like? Ok well here goes... I am a major Harry Potter fan, books and films (but mainly book) and some of my favourite pairings are Draco/Harry and Draco/Hermione (although I'm a bit guilty about that one because I always wonder what would happen to Ron)! I also LOVE Remus Lupin he is probably my favourite character second only to Fred and George who tie for first... and maybe Draco... and Sirius... and McGonagll... and, oh who am I kidding I can't choose a favourite, I grew up with these people, I love them all! I am also a big Dan Brown fan. Especially the Robert Langdon series, I love Angels and Demons the most. I love Langdon, but my favourite character is Carlo Ventresca (Patrick McKenna, in the film) I know he is a bit of a muppet but he just has that I'm-not-quite-a-bad-guy appeal, even if he is a bit of a psycho! Some of the TV shows I enjoy are Castle (Caskett all the way!), Bones, The Mentalist, Warehouse 13, House, Dr Who ( Oh the David Tennant/Matt Smith paradox, which one should i choose? Can I just love them both equally?), Merlin, Outnumbered, M*A*S*H (I am a bit of a Hawkeye fangirl, but hey what can you do?) and of course Sherlock (Benedict Cumberbatch, nomnomnomnom! and Martin Freeman is such a perfect John I just want to give him a cuddle every time i watch it!). Oh dear, its only when I write them down that I realise it must seem like I sit infront of the telly all day and don't move! I don't I promise! I also like some manga and anime such as Fruits Basket and Elemental Gelade. My all time favourite movie has to be Love Actually (or possibly White Christmas, but the same applies), I don't tend to read much fanfic on it but I do watch it quite often and every christmas without fail! Yet it still manages to make me cry with laughter every time! I'm also a bit of a collector of useless quotes! Just incase you were interested! I thought as I am at a lose end (I should really be writting but I'm not really in the mood!) I might as well update here... So I like all kinds of music - I'm currently listening to Ed Sheeran - I like things like Queen, Dixie chicks, Taylor swift, The Police, James Blunt, Don Mclean (especially "Vincent", if you haven't heard it go and listen to it now!), Busted and much more! By the way, I kind of want to explain where my user name came from and this is probably the place to do it, I am a Terry Pratchett fan and that kind of ended up coming out in the name! I love the ongoing joke about all the Igors all over the Disc all being called Igor (I think it makes me laugh a bit too much!) and well the rest is, as they say, geography. However it has been mentioned that as I am female I should really go by Igorina but I'm not going to so there! I just want to say to anyone that has been reading my stories and happens to glance at this: I appologise for not writing in so long, I have been ultra busy just at the moment what with coursework and performing Les Miserables! That and I have been in a major writing funk just recently, but on that note I would like to point out how much I love Messrs Gaiman and Pratchett! I have just recently discovered "Good Omens" and quite frankley I am in love (I say this on a regular basis but I really mean it this time!) I cannot believe that it took me this long to discover this book! Anyway I am back into writing and I hope that over the next few weeks I should be able to crank out a few things before the next term starts. Thank Go - Sata - Someone for the easter holidays! (sorry I couldn't resist!) So I discovered this evening that I have made a gross error higher up this page, well maybe not an error, more an omission. In my list of films and what not that I enjoy watching which I mentioned earlier, I have managed to neglect one of my all time favourite films. Bicentennial Man is quiet possibly my favourite film ever! My dad bought me the DVD of it the other day and I have just spent the evening rewatching it (it's been years since I last watched it and I had forgotten just how much I love it!). If you haven't seen it I recommend watching it, Robin Williams gives a superb performance as do the rest of the cast and it is highly worth a watch. So yeah, go seek it out on the interbob! | |||||||||
