About me: Well, there's not much to say. I'm a teenager with a passion for reading and writing. I love to challenge myself by trying to write different things. I never thought that I'd start writing fanfiction but once I started it, I couldn't stop. I enjoy writing on this site and I'm happy with the response I get on each piece of my work. I plan to be a doctor in the future and intend to get into a good med school when the time comes.
I'm a Muslim and I've lived in Karachi, Pakistan all my life.
If I were asked to describe myself in a few words I'd say brave, adventurous and determined to prove myself for my worth.
Likes & Interests:
1. Harry Potter
I've been a Harry Potter fan since I was ten years old when my mom thought that I should give a shot at reading the series. I read the books and a short while later, Harry's story became a part of me.
I became Team Draco/Hermione (Dramione) about a year ago. Something about that couple gives me shivers and I love to read their stories so if anyone asks, they're the HP pair I will ship forever.
Yes, you did read correctly! I'm a Potterhead as well as a Twihard. It's possible for a person to like both sagas at the same time, without hating the other. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that Jacob Black imprinted on Nessie Cullen. Talk about gross. It's just WRONG how a fully grown man gets to be bounded with a toddler.
Besides that, I love Edward Cullen and his passionate love for this human girl. Call me a hopeless romantic if you want but I believe in all kinds of love.
3. The Hunger Games
By the time I was interested in the series, the 1st film was already out. Instead of watching the movie, I read the books first and simply loved them. It's a unique plot-line and nothing even similar exists. So I have to admit I was hoping for Gale and Katniss to end up together when I started reading but someway down the road, I fell for Peeta Mellark. That guy won me over with the way he presented himself and I can't help but say that Josh Hutcherson is a handsome actor and well, he's perfect for the role.
The only thing that pissed me off was that Madge wasn't there in the movie. Where was she? How dare they not show her? Putting that little complain aside, I was very happy with everything. I teared up only twice, like when Peeta and Katniss finally kissed in the cave at Games and Gale watched the girl he loved kiss someone other than himself, on the t.v back at home.
In simple words, I support Katniss/Peeta and Gale/Madge. Gale deserved some happiness of his own. Wouldn't you agree?
Moving forward, I'm obsessed with reading books (depends on the story-line, of course). And one day in the future, I hope to write a book of my own. Writing is my one true hobby but medicine is my side-along plan. Who said you can't do two things at the same time? Anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself and as for me, I know that I can be a published author if I put my mind to it.
