About me: I'm a 25 year old female, married, IT Director and Programmer.
Likes: Cooking, nice loose-leaf tea, progresssive/experimental music, new shoes, RPG video games (most Final Fantasy and Zelda titles) rainstorms, opera, stuffed toys, theoretical physics and mathematical theory, sacred geometry, the violin, shoujo and seinen manga (huge CLAMP fan), black humor/satirical literature, and hot stone massages. Is there anyone who doesn't like hot stone massages? Come on, be honest.
Dislikes: Canned pears, rap, inconsiderate drivers, entitlement issues, reality TV, psychofans.
Random facts: I'm allergic to pineapple, I have gray eyes, and I can make a clover shape with my tongue. Impressed?

I've only recently begun to re-post work here late in 2008, so I feel I must warn anyone reading this that the quality of writing will not be the same in works dated prior to 2003, as I was like...a kid. The major exception is "The Ashes of Nayru" which was originally published in 2003, but I rewrote all of what I'd posted and replaced the chapters. I guess I could have just deleted the story and reposted, but I didn't. Anyway, I am actively working on that one so the writing will be more up to my current speed. I did finally break down and remove two of my earliest stories, "Memento Mori" and "The Ghost Children", out of pure embarassment.

Notes on Main Projects:

Lacrimosa (Majutsushi Orphen): "Even amidst fierce flames, the golden lotus can be planted." Will probably begin posting around late November. Outline nearly completed, writing in progress.

The Ashes of Nayru (Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time events based with mixed canon from Wind Waker/Twilight Princess/Various), 4 Chapters posted. On hold again. Just having very big issues getting the muses churning for this one, and I don't want to force it. What's sad is that I have such a good outline for this.

Secondary Projects in various stages of brainstorm and completion:

Cat's Cradle (Final Fantasy 8), 1 chapter posted of the 4 chapters that are complete, story outline and research still in progress.
Volta (Death Note), Oneshot. Sort of half-written and hanging around on my hard drive...
Little Death (Sweeney Todd), Long oneshot, in editing. "Oh yes, there could never be any woman than Lucy for Benjamin Barker, that went without question. But he had said it himself: Benjamin Barker was dead."
Dry (Inuyasha), Oneshot I/Ka, in slooow progress. Maybe now that the series has fired back up I'll get some inspiration for this one. "Funny. He remembered his mother had also told him once that wells were for wishing on. He’d stopped wishing on this particular well some time ago now."
