There have been some changes that I felt needed to be made to make the story seem a bit more believable, and I thank those of you who pointed out that it was AU for a reason but this is my decision and I feel that the revamped edition is better and seems to be running more smoothly. I also want to explain lack of updates! I am again in the process of moving so (as I'm sure you can understand) things have become a little hectic on my end trying to prepare everything. I am still writing but it is being finished through spurts of whatever available time I have. Thank you and I hope you continue reading! 22/12/09: Recently I uploaded my Christmas special story for Naruto, titled "The 'Christmas'"; it seems a lot of people really liked it with all the hits and story favorites I received. However, I'm not going to lie I was extremely disappointed that no one seemed to gift me with a single review. I know some of you enjoyed it (I'm under the impression that one would not add a story to their favorites list without considering it first a favorite) and yet apparently did not bother to take the time to show it. The chances of anyone reading this is slim, I know; but that doesn't change the fact that I was and still am a little offended, sad, and pissed. 12/02/09:I've been working on several different story ideas; having so many on the go is becoming a challenge in getting everything done. I would like to say that while they're mostly one shots, I've been posting several more stories on all the sites I upload to (including this one, mediaminer.org and my livejournal)! I've been on a Christmas-y kick lately so I'm really fired up about completing my holiday-themed fiction! And to others who keep waiting and waiting and waiting... I am very sorry it's taking so long to update. The creative will to write is failing me a lot right now. And I hate myself for saying it's because of my own damn fault- but it is. So I hope you'll continue being patient while I sort myself out and try to make it through. | |||||
