Author has written 31 stories for Gunsmoke. I asked a friend once to descibe me for a essay I was writing for a college class. All he could come up with, was that I was a friendly person, who had a great singing voice and a kind heart. I like that. Whether it's true or not, depends on each individual person who knows me or meets me. But I like it none the less. I've not been writing Fan Fiction for very long but I find it feeds my need for creativity. I also write songs as well as perform with a band. Those activities along with a full time job, small farm and church activities insure that I don't have time to get into too much trouble, though I do try occasionally. Gunsmoke has been my favorite show since I was child, though until I was grown, I had never seen any of the black and white eps. I only knew the color episodes. Now that I've been fortunate enough to see the show through all the years I love it all the more. Matt and Kitty are of course my favorites and though I understand this was classified as a western, to me it was a romance with a western setting. I do read stories occasionally from other series but Gunsmoke will always be first with me. In case anyone is interested, I and some dear friends started a list on yahoo called Gunsmokegirlz for people like me who love Gunsmoke and believe Matt and Kitty were the perfect couple.
