Author has written 22 stories for Ben 10, and Hunger Games. Age: Old enough to know better, yet not too old to understand (for anyone who doesn't understand this- I'm well, past a teenager) Cultural Background: I'm a Latina. I was born in Cuba and came to this country when I was six-years-old. I am an American Citizen. (I'm, pretty, unique-looking) Favorite Shows: I can only like one show at a time, because I'm crippled with unbelievable, fickleness; so, currently, Ben 10 (All three series, and whatever the future holds for the franchise- I hope) I was for many years and still consider myself, a pretty, hard-core, Trekker (Specifically, TNG and Deep Space Nine) Favorite Movies: Beauty and the Beast, The Matrix, X-Men, Wolverine, Wanted, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Independence Day, All the Star Trek movies, Lion King Favorite Songs: Too many- 'From this moment' by Shania Twain was my wedding song and Mariah Carey's 'From now until Forever' was the first song my husband ever dedicated to me when we were kids; but there are many, many more... in both English and Spanish. Favorite Books: The Bible, by far. 'A wrinkle in time' trilogy by Madeleine L'Engle. The Hunger Games Trilogy Favorite Genre: Science Fiction and Fantasy (Reality bites!) Favorite Musical Genre: Don't have one. I'll listen to anything without profanity; if the lyrics were written by someone with half a brain. Favorite Pass Time: Reading, Writing, Cooking, Skating, Bike-Riding, Arguing (Debating, to be politically correct), Watching Football or Basketball or playing, either. Self Description: I'm odd. I like that I'm odd. I'm opinionated. I'm an adult who would rather watch cartoons, than what is considered age-appropriate for her, because I find almost all of it disturbing, one way or another. I bore easily. I have a high IQ. I love kids. I love helping and guiding young people. I find anyone who hurts a child in any way, disgusting. I tend to understand children, far better than I understand adults; yet I have chosen not to have any of my own. I'm very slow to anger or even get insulted. I don't understand people who are not like me in that regard. I understand that, literally, 98% of the world is not like me (which stinks at times). I'm very loyal. I'm very passionate.
