Dearest Mary-Sue, heres a few random things I'd like to share about myself and writing fanfiction:
1- I'm from Canada (No, sorry to disapoint but I do not live in an igloo, in fact I'm a city gal. Most misconceptions of Canada make me laugh) and I've got billion dollar dreams
2-I'm an overage Jane, your typical heart-warming, socializing, outgoing, Libra, working my day job and spending my free time online like you. I'm not a blogger but dude, if I really had the classy words to explain to you my trés boring day dealing with old ladies who wish to have their tapered pants a size larger, then I'll let you know.
3-This is how it goes: The Fast and The Furious, and then That 70's Show, throw in some CSI and One Tree Hill maybe...sometimes I'll even head over to fictionpress, just for kicks.
4-I'd appreciate it if you don't base my writing skills on what I've posted. As it says above, I've been on fanfiction since '03, therefore they're all old. And for those of you who actually liked my stuff (haha) No, I probably won't update anytime soon, and no I don't write much anymore, it's unfortunate because I used to love keeping my fingers busy and writing.
5- Don't get me wrong, I still like reviewing, keeps the well oiled machines going. And I always find something that I like enough to leave a review.
6- Got flamed? Good, keep writing. Bounce, skip, jump, over their harsh words and check out what they're really saying. Sometimes the toughest criticism is the best. Dude, I don't think I'm a great writer but don't let someone calling you a jealous bitch stop you from writing. Some people are just too locked into their "virtual world" and forget that HELLO, it's just the internet!
7- I hate the "Don't like, Don't read!" saying. Who started it? Pfft. Silly. Everyones allowed to read anything here. By posting your story on the internet, (or anything for that matter) you're allowing millions of people free access to reading a story that you have worked on for hours. How do they know if they don't like it, if they don't read? And by allowing 'Anon' posts or even by posting your story, you must expect some reviews. Some are not so friendly and others are your personal cheerleaders who can't spell cool without the K-E-W-L.
8- Don't beg for reviews. "If you don't review I'm not updating!" or "10 Reviews for chapter 4!" It shouldn't matter if you get 1 or 200 reviews, write because you want to and post because you want to! If people want to review they will. Many people read stories and don't leave reviews, and most of us are just lazy. Don't threaten not to update. Who are you writing for anyway?
9- The username isn't supposed to be sexual, in fact when creating most of my usernames my intent is not for one to think that it is, it just happens to have a double meaning :)
Special fact # 10- (Updated 7/20/08) I just quit "social smoking" but bought a lighter with my recent Cosmo mag...so I've told myself that for every time I pass on a cig/cigar/whatev, then I get a new purse/shoes/jewelry/whatev. So far, I've gotten a Chanel wallet, and a pair of Betsey Johnson flats, yeah I rock.

Psst- The little avatar is this wicked piece of art my friend found online somewhere, he says it resembles me. Thought it was pretty cool, et voila:)
