Author has written 59 stories for Chronicles of Narnia.

About Me: Christian, female, in my 20's, avid Narnia fan (both books and movies), college graduate, now attending graduate school...

Favorite Books: Bible, Narnia, Lord of the Rings, Space Trilogy, Stephen R Lawhead books, my books ;-), etc

Favorite Movies: Narnia, Lord of the Rings, etc

My current profile picture is a sketching of Oreius and Kat my OC drawn by the talented Lady Firewing, who also drew a picture of Kat's parents. You can see them both on her deviantart account: http://ladyfirewing.deviantart.com/

My deviantart account

I do not write or read slash, incest, lemons, or any other explicit material. I believe this disrespects C. S. Lewis' work and his original intention for his books and characters. I write from a Christian worldview, which varies from being blatantly obvious to somewhat subtle based on the scene.

As I have joined the ranks of authors who write stories out of order, here is a list of the chronological order for the stories in my A Light in the Darkness universe, which shall be updated as I write more stories. (Bold indicates the main story arc). Recommended Reading Order: I suggest reading at least the first two entries, if not all three, of my main story arc before reading Shields. The one-shots can be read by themselves but are best in chronological order and could possibly contain spoilers for Revealed, although I have tried to keep them as spoiler free as possible.

The Rules of Writing for LadyAlambielKnightofNarnia (According to Lady Firewing)

Rule 1. If they are a character not crucial to the current plot, can be replaced, not a major character PERIOD, or related to Katerina, by blood, in SOME WAY, they will most likely be killed in a battle against ogres, maniacs, assassins, or sorcerers. (Lady A: Well, someone has to die...)

Rule 2. Cannon characters with little original background will be written with more depth and given a real history, personality, etc. They will then be threatened to be killed off. (Lady A: Lol!)

Rule 3. Romance of the main characters will take an antagonizingly slow time, so as to maximize the frustration at their stubbornness and denial. As soon as you give up hope, they will get together. (Lady A: Or, will they...)

Rule 4. If a main character is lethally injured, they have about a 50-50 chance of making it out alive. EXCEPTION: If they are married, have kids, and are deemed to be loved enough by readers, they will most DEFINITELY be killed off. (Lady A: Sometimes the nice characters just have to die...)

Rule 5. This will at least stay semi-cannon and so the Pevensies are the only ones guaranteed to live. (Lady A: Or, are they...)

Rule 6. Anything suggested may be taken by the author and manipulated by the plot bunnies. (Lady A: Lol!)

Rule 7. No Mary Sues will be tolerated. EVER. PERIOD. EXCLAMATION POINT. (Lady A: Now this one is completely, utterly, and irrevocably true!)

Rule 8: Murphy's Law loves the characters. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Lady A: Yes, yes he does...lol)

Rule 9: There must be angst and snark in every story, unless otherwise requested by a reader. (Lady A: So, if you are tired of angst, ask me nicely and I'll write something else...)

Rule 10: Sanity is relative. (Lady A: Lol! It is, especially for my OC.)

Rule 11: Predictability is a suggestion that will be turned on its head. (Lady A: Lol! There are no guarantees for what will happen next in my stories...as I have proven...)

92 percent of the teenage population would die if Abercrombie and Fitch said that it wasn't cool to breathe anymore. Put this in your profile if you're part of the 8 percent that would be laughing your head off.

We were given; Two hands to hold. Two legs to walk. Two eyes to see. Two ears to listen. But only one heart? Why? Because the other was given to someone else. For US to find

If you would sell your immortal soul to visit Narnia copy this on your profile

I live in my own little world- but it's ok, they know me there.

A teenage girl about 17 named Diane had gone to visit some friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she lived only a few blocks away.

As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely.

The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 98 of teenagers will not stand up for God, and 93 of the people that read this won’t repost it?

Repost this if you truly believe in God.

PS: God is always there in your heart and loves you no matter what,
and if you stand up for him he will stand up for you

If you read people's profiles looking for things to copy and paste into your profile, copy and paste this into your profile.

9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm insane the other one disagrees.

93 percent of American teens would have a severe emotional breakdown if someone called them a freak. If you're a part of the 7 percent who would ask the person, "What was your first clue?", copy and paste this into your profile.

If you are guilty of doing a British, Irish, Australian, Southern accent or Elvis impression, copy this in your profile.

There's nothing wrong with arguing with yourself. It's when you argue with yourself and LOSE when it's weird. If you agree, copy this and put it in your profile.

If you have ever yelled at the book you were reading because the characters did something stupid post this on your profile
