Author has written 55 stories for Yu-Gi-Oh, Harry Potter, Legend of Zelda, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Inkheart, M*A*S*H, Twilight, and Batman. Hey guys... It's the newly-named Persian Rose. :) I've always been "Shekiah something" or "something Shekiah" before, so I decided to change it around a little bit. But don't worry - you're in the right place. And everything is as it was before. Except for the wonderfully elegant new name. It's a play on words. :) I am easily amused and little things make me happy. Fall is going great - it's always been my favorite season anyway. Fall is a very artistic season - lots of rich colors. I'm a fan of color - I'm a specialist in Art History. lol. I like it when the sky looks like a Dutch baroque painting. :) I'm also a French major. Double majors are so great; basically, I can tell you about the relationship shared by Raphael and Michelangelo and how to conjugate the verb "avoir" in the subjunctive tense. My favorite foods are buffalo wings and pineapple cake, and I carry a commonplace book with me everywhere I go (à la Lemony Snicket). I play piano whenever I'm stressed out and guitar most all of the time whether I'm stressed out or not. I had to leave my viola behind when I moved, and I miss it desperately. I've been writing here since 2003 (crazy, right?) and I've mostly stayed in several key fandoms: Yu-Gi-Oh (Forever favorite. I may stray, but I'll always find myself back here eventually), Phantom of the Opera, Les Mis, Twilight, and Batman. I've played around with a few other ideas in a few other fandoms, but these are the places where they know me. :) I love funny YouTube vids. They're the best thing ever. Old Greg is my all-time favorite ever. My newest obsession is Batman. I have this creepy obsession with the Joker. Yes, I love Heath Ledger's version. Yes, I love Mark Hamill's version. But don't make me choose - those two can't be fairly compared to one another. On the flip side, I also have this not-so-creepy obsession with Nightwing. He has such great style - and he's the original Robin! I mean, seriously. And, of course, the Birds of Prey are my soul sisters. I know my way around the DC fandoms pretty thoroughly. I devoted the better part of a summer to learning. ;) I'm a really nice, down-to-earth person. Jimmy Buffett and Disney Princesses sing the words of my soul.
