But feel free to shorten that to just Lady, or Starlight, since I do the same thing. Or, hey, the ever popular Lady Starlight. I wont give you my real name, but those of you that know it, know it.
I've been writing on fanfiction for over five years now... Holy Shit does time fly. Writing is my passion; it's as strong as reading. Unfortunately, for myself and my readers... it seems to take me forever to actually finish something. But there have been several valid reasons in the past couple of years. I have a lifejournal that I use religiously, and I post story updates and fangirl stuff up there. It's linked above. If you have an lj, friend me. :D
I ship both SLASH and HET pairings, so I write both. I would appreciate it if you would avoid pointless and pathetic flames that attack an my pairings.
I have one story that I'm concentrating on now, that would be:
Time Again: This is a 23 chaptered WIP that ships Harry/Sirius, Hermione/Remus & Lily/James.Harry and Hermione accidentally go back in time 20 years, to the Marauders Era. How will Harry react seeing his Parents and Sirius as teenagers. People always sayyou find love in sterange places. How strange is 20 years ago? This story will go through the entire seventh year between these characters... so it's going to be long.
Also, and probably the coolest fact of all, it's being translated into French. The French version is being posted by Ariani Lee Gore and it's called, Encore une fois. Also, some icing on the cake, I had fan art drawn for me from a scene in chapter 21. The link is: The Sirius/Harry Pics, which is linked directly to a public post on my Livejournal.
Family Ties: A 43 chaptered WIP that takes place in an AU X-Men universe where Rogue and Remy grew up as best friends and didn't think that anything could tear them appart. Little did they know, there fathers had one hell of an arrangement set up for Remy and Rogue's little sister, the slightly - okay, completely- insane Bella. This story is ON HOLD until I get it beta'd. And to get it beta'd I need to get it off my other computer. Sorry, it's going to be a while. And I really hope going through it before I email it will give me the inspiration I need to finish it off.
I said I ship both Slash and Het, but my main couples for both are Harry/Sirius, Harry/Hermione, Harry/Draco(Harry Potter); Remy/Rogue(X-Men); Sam/Dean(Supernatural); Buffy/Spike(Buffy); and Frank/Gerard(My Chemical Romance).
I enjoy a wide viarity of music, but My Chemical Romance is my favorite band in the entire world. Though, damn TPO for this, I'm extremely addicted to Tokio Hotel right now.
