OK, enough of all that...
At long last, Attack of the 100-Foot Meg Griffin is done and over with. So now that's out of the way, we can look forward to Fusion of Destinies II real soon, right? Well, not exactly. I'm in the middle of a grueling summer semester, and Human Anatomy & Physiology I is a cruel, cruel mistress. And after agonizing or a parody for so long, which is really not my thing, I'm going to take a long sabbatical from fic writing.
Worry not, though. I will return in the coming months. But for now, here's some stuff I said you should expect to see in the upcoming Fusion of Destinies II: Day of Reckoning
The story will be set once again during Harry's time, right in between Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows.
- This time, Ron and Hermione will get in on the action!
- The whole story will center on an entirely original villain, one so dangerous Voldemort will be relegated to the sidelines...or will he?
- Part of the plot will revolve around something that happened 1000 years ago...something that involved the four founders of Hogwarts and the Chozo!
- The Malfoy family, who were just window dressing in the last book, will have a MUCH bigger role to play here.
- Lastly, it'll have one important thing the original Fusion of Destinies lacked: real live METROIDS!! That's right, those lovable little lifesuckers will be back!!
However, I'm curious...what do YOU, as a fan of the original, want to see in this sequel? I'm willing to hear your suggestions...unless you insist I make it a Harry/Samus pairing. Anyone who does, I will hunt down without mercy. Seriously, I will.
