So far, Fusion of Destinies II: Day of Reckoning has proven to be a success! I didn't think a sequel to a fic I finished almost three years ago, especially when it was such an unorthodox crossover to begin with, could possibly gain much traction. And when I consider how many bold risks this sequel takes, I was apprehensive about taking the plunge in the first place. But so far, it seems all my hard work is paying off again. Thank you all! But I still think I went over the deep end, because this time, I'm writing with a Fusion of Destinies III in mind, where Harry and company finally travel to Samus's time! Unfortunately, with the way Nintendo looks to be taking the Metroid franchise in a bizarre new direction yet again with Other M, it may be many years before I feel ready to write the finale for this trilogy. At least the Harry Potter series is done and over with... As for what comes immediately after FoD2's completion, well...let's just say I'll be up to my old tricks again, using a franchise NO ONE would suspect! | |||||||||||
