Ug...Another update. School started three days ago...It seems I'm only motivated to do things like updating when I have no time at all...
Aaaaanyway, I would just like to say that I have deleted "Peace at Last, or so We Thought". I hated it. It is gone now. I am happy. Oh, and I also killed "Arguathon"! I wrote a (horrible) last chappter to end it, so that I never have to deal with it again...And I'm considering deleting it, but I don't know if I'll actually do that.
Among the stories that remain, "Yu-Gi-Oh Crossing" may have a better fate. When ever I get around to it, I'm gonna rewrite it into paragraph format (script format is EVIL!!!) I'm also going to rewrite the second chapter of "Tears of an Angel" too, because I just really don't like it. The story is supposed to be about Yugi, but that chapter focused too much on Syra, and now I just don't want Syra to even be in there and...yeah, I'm gonna rewrite it. My other two stories I'll just leave as is
On another note, I'll be writing another story soon, but it's going to be a one-shot, so I don't have to worry about updating it and stuff. (All I'll have to worry about is actually writing it, considering I have no time with five honor's classes this year -.-) All I'm going to say is that it's Tragedy/Angst, It's about Yugi, and it will use the Japanese names. (Yeah, I know, technically, his name would be Yuugi, but Yugi just looks better to me.)
Speaking of the Japanese version, I just ordered what will have the first few episodes of the Egyptian Memory Arc off of e-Bay last night. I hope that comes in soon...
Oh, and has anyone seen the Yu-Gi-Oh movie? I thought it was horrible, well at least since 4Kids Entertainment was in charge...I want to see the Japanese version, but it hasn't even been scheduled for release into theatres over there yet, and it's a fricken Japanese cartoon! I just don't understand...

Well, as of three days ago, I am 15, (Driver's permit, here I come!) and due to my change in age, I decided to change some other things, too.
First off, my Pen name. "Syra Lebru" is one of my characters, and as I am not her, I should not use her name. Should have changed that a long time ago... My new pen name, Lanane, means "creatress" in the language I'm creating called Magasu. ^_^ ...Yes, I am that much of freak to start my own language...(Syra Lebru means "Light Miracle", although technically, Lebru should have an "i", not an "e" ...Long story...)
The next thing I'm changing is my bio, as you can already see. The one I had up before was far too stupid...
The last thing I'll be changing is how I'm doing my stories, which consists of three things. After comparing the review to chapter ratio of my serious fic to all of my "humorous" ones, I have come to a conclusion: Either the humor section on this site is so over-flooded that no one can read my stories, or my "humor" sucks. Either way, I'm gonna write more serious fics so that (hopefully) more people will enjoy my work. And if I do write any more humor fics, they'll be in paragraph format, as I have just realized that script format is a pain in the ass to read... Probably won't redo my currently script formated fics, though...
I'll also have to rewrite parts of my stories so that it says "Lanane" rather than "Syra." Wonder when I'll ever get around to that...
The last thing is a maybe. Since I just got the Japanese version of Yugioh, (Woohoo! No more corny dub jokes! And Ryou sounds like a girl! Oh, well, at least he's not Japanese person with a British accent... Never quite understood why they did that...) I may use the Japanese names in any new fics
I'll write, since I prefer the Japanese names...Of course, I'll have to watch more of the dvds to relearn names, as I am only past the part where Yugi beats the Player Killer. (Panik) If I do make this change, I'll leave the names alone in my current fics, for the convinience of my current readers.
On another note, I have also come to realize that Mary Sues are a nuisance, so I have completlely halted all progression on "Peace At Last, Or So We Thought", (as if you couldn't already tell... I haven't updated it in over a year...) and I probably won't do anything with "Arguathon" for a while, even though it's not nearly as bad as the previously mentioned. Well, back to PaLosWT, I may end up rewrtiting this, but that won't happen until I finish three out of the five parts of my original story, of which I only have two chapters... Anyway, my reason for doing this is because you kinda have to know what went on in my story to understand what's going on in PaLosWT. I was a moron to have posted it in the first place...

Now, all the characters have had their own kids. Of course, these kids end up getting pulled from their own dimension to right wrongs and such in another. This has next to nothing to do with Yu-Gi-Oh, but does the fact that the monsters in the other dimension are duel monsters help any? (action/adventure/fantasy)

A Yu-Gi-Oh/Ocarina of Time crossover... Yes, I know it's been done before, but I'd like to see it with different characters getting different parts, like Yugi being Link and Yami being Navi! (humor/parody)

In ancient Eygpt, Yami's bride to be turned on him to try and take from him his power over Eygpt. She failed, and paid with her life. Now, in the mordern time, she's back. Slowly gaining power from the lives she takes from Yugi's friends, she is steadily taking revenge on the one who killed her: Yami. Will he be able to stop his enemy from the past before it's too late? (Yami-centered)

It all started with one party...Now Tea's life is taking a downward spiral. Her friends and family try to help, but the effects all the drugs are causing her to push them away. This will probably be based on a book I once read, which I think was called "Go Ask Alice". Not sure if that's right though... (Tea-centered)
