Formerly Jazz_Skywalker, but with my newest ff genre-loves, I had to change it to jazz.angel.aure.equalsfoamcore. Jazz- the fake name I've used forever. Angel- because everyone should love Angel Dumott Schunard! Aure- my middle name, stretched to the limits. And no, it isn't my exact middle name, but you wouldn't believe me if I told you. Equalsfoamcore- while using some foamboard, I came up with it.
My name isMaggie and I live in Texas. I've always written, but I began writing on the internet first in fanfiction (Star Wars, Padme/Anakin, if you really wanted to know) in August of 2002. Since June 10, 2005, I've been working on my own piece, so I haven't had much time to write ff.
I'm influenced by David Levithan (who is awesome, met him through myspace), Zoe Trope, Shoichi Aoki, Fuyumi Soryo, and many, many other authors and songwriters (see Potentiality of Us for further information).
I prefer the music of The Shins, Death Cab for Cutie, Green Day, The Pettit Project and Joni Mitchell. Some of my favorite movies are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the last five episodes of Star Wars, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Beauty and the Beast, Empire Records, Love Actually, Spaceballs, and Garden State. I'm addicted to CSI (Let go of my Greggo) the original. I love Boy Meets Boy, The Bermudez Triangle, Sloppy Firsts, Second Helpings, Catcher in the Rye, Please Don't Kill the Freshman,the Traveling Pants series, and the Georgia Nicolson series (Louise Rennison is hilarious - if you haven't met her, try to sometime in your life), by their respective authors. I also love Harry Potter (mostly Marauders' time, though), LotR, Phantom of the Opera (diehard Erik/OC fan, though I do go for some Erik/Christine. But I can't stand the 'Raoul is evil and wants to completely change Christine' fics), and a few other types of fanfiction.
